A girl answered the phone. She named the institution, but did not introduce herself (!)
During the conversation, she began to interrupt me "it doesn't mean anything to me", then (to this remark of mine) replied that, for example, she was offended by my "not politically correct" address to her "girl", because she is not a girl, but a whole "the owner of the salon." I said that since she did not identify herself, I used the accepted "girl", and with claims - to the Academy of Sciences.
The "owner" informed me that I would not be served and hung up the phone.
