A pleasant place, wonderful, singing waitresses, delicious national food. A place without pathos and chic, at the same time comfortable and cozy. As another indicator of quality, it is the fact that locals come here to eat. In other restaurants, of course, you can get the same quality of food, but you will pay two or three times more.
It's an amazing place. His family loved him. Friendly staff, always well-fed, sometimes drunk! When the restaurant is fully seated, the dishes have a quick exit. I would like to go back there to have a delicious meal. I recommend this institution. Hinkal is delicious there!
We were a family. The staff is sitting right in the hall, impressively communicating with each other, not paying attention to the visitors. When the waiter finally came up, he brought only one menu for everyone. They asked if he spoke Russian or English, he replied that he spoke English, but when they began to place an order, it turned out that he did not speak English (he ran to the counter to find out and ran faster back so as not to forget) in the end, we offered to use a Google translator, and for sure we poked a finger at the menu to be sure do not confuse what we order. After a long wait, they took out part of the order (not for everyone), then waited for another 30 minutes and decided to clarify where the rest was. And oh, a miracle! It turned out that the waiter did not even record this in the order, but also forcefully convinced us that we had not ordered. They asked for the bill. They brought it with a 12% surcharge, which no one talked about and was not written anywhere, but most importantly, this surcharge was legally banned from this year!
It also turned out that some items were considered at a price higher than the one indicated, explaining that the menu was minimal, but they served a different one. No one talked about this either, and it was not indicated anywhere, of course.
Two more waitresses came out and the three of them tried to convince us that it was the same everywhere, and they were right, and we just didn't know the rules. Our arguments were ignored. The mood was ruined,
The food is quite mediocre. The feeling that we have been "heated"
