We stayed at this hotel from May 17th to May 23rd. I really liked this new, modern hotel! Everything is clean and beautiful. Snow-white bed, towels. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. A shower cabin with all hygiene accessories, a Jacuzzi, a daily replenished mini-bar. Excellent staff, always ready to help, prompt. Darts and boucha games are held every day. We played with pleasure with a girl named Nur, to whom many thanks! There are new dishes in the restaurant every day, everything is very, very tasty! Of the desserts, I especially liked the pumpkin cooked in Turkish. The meat was also cooked very tasty! Lots of fruits (watermelons, apples, oranges, grapefruits, bananas, tangerines, apricots, pears, medlars) and vegetables, fresh, stewed, fried. There was a concert and a disco every evening. The sea is already getting warmer, we were swimming. The water is clean, the beach is sandy, the entrance is very convenient. There is a Turkish hammam and sauna for free. Massage and peeling are paid.The hotel is located in Avsallar, shops and pharmacies are across the street. The market is open on Wednesday. We hope that we will come to this hotel again! There is an underground passage right next to the hotel, there is a pharmacy nearby, a Russian-speaking girl works there, she will advise you if you have any questions. A little further on there is a local bazaar, which comes on Wednesdays, and there is a very large selection of things, vegetables, and fruits. And if you leave the hotel and turn right and walk along the road for 20 minutes) there is a Waikiki shop. We were satisfied with the rest of the price-quality 100%. Probably one of the best hotels we've been to. The food is great, very diverse, and the rest is top-notch!

There are few fruits and almost all of them were sour and unripe (we rested in September), we ate only watermelon and melon from fruits, the rest is not very edible. There is a fairly extensive menu in the snack bar on the beach, if you do not want to go to the main restaurant for lunch, you can have a snack there.
The concept of this hotel does not include free access to the a la carte restaurant, unlike many others. You can visit it for a fee by appointment
Service : there is a feeling that they do not have enough staff (waiters, bartenders), especially in the evening, when people relax after dinner in the lobby and on the terrace. The waiter takes the order and disappears, no longer appears, there are long queues for cocktails at the bar. Bartenders don't all make delicious cocktails, the pool bar, to be honest, is not very good at all. The most important thing for us is a gorgeous pier and the clearest SEA!!!The restaurant has a varied menu - everything is very tasty! The bars serve very quickly! We had a rest during the May holidays of 2025. The best hotel we've been to. Everything is clean and tidy, the rooms are excellent, the cleaning is done every day, the staff is friendly. The coffee corner on the lobby terrace is simply beyond all praise! The show programs and discos are great! I've never tasted anything better than the cocktails they make here. We have been staying at this hotel for 6 years. This year we had a rest from April 30th to May 9th. It's like that. There is a big difference, this year we preferred a good attitude towards the Germans. We were openly ignored at the lobby bar. We probably would have solved this problem ourselves. But in the evening, the support service wrote to the phone and asked if there were any problems, I can say that we do not drink strong drinks, at most a couple of champagnes per evening, I described the problem to the support service. At first they wrote that they would solve the problem. And then they openly began to annoy and be rude. She repeatedly asked me to stop me alone. They bothered me throughout my vacation. I do not know what I have done to deserve this kind of treatment, probably because I am Russian. Polish tourists broke the animator's shoulder and nothing happened, then they rested, enjoying a libation of vodka. And the Russian support service was pestering me with messages on this DAC. That's how my 9-night vacation went, by correspondence with customer service. By the way, it all started so that we were given a beer in the lobby bar closed, opened, asked for a closed room, opened. We had a rest on October 24, I really liked it! We checked in a little before 14:00, a room with a side view on the 6th floor. There is a bar in the pool, you can refresh yourself without leaving the pool, with any drinks, except expensive alcohol, it is given only in the lobby. I note the staff is friendly, they try to help, they offer their services in the restaurant, you don't need to run after them and beg for something, they will ask themselves, but the only minus is they don't know much Russian. Special thanks to the bartenders in the lobby for delicious cocktails. We vacationed with my wife at this hotel in early September.

The beach is sandy, close to the hotel, but the alluvium is like a step in the sea. There were plenty of sun loungers on the beach and on the pier.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a territory. You can go for a walk into the city through the underpass. But the beach is very close to the hotel.

I didn't like the room terribly, it's impossible to sleep at night, you can hear the fan from the generator on the ground floor and the noise of the motorway, in the morning we went to the reception to change it. They took an additional fee of 200 euros and gave us a room with a direct view of the sea. The room is noisy again, the fans are noisy, the animation is on. For the third time, they gave a room with a side sea view already standard. The difference in money, since there was a premium room before that, of course, was not returned. But the room is beautiful! The sea view is gorgeous, you can sit and watch the sunsets.
The newlyweds arrange a service, decorate the room, bring a bottle of champagne to the room, set a table for dinner in the hall. At the same time, the waiters serve at their discretion, someone has a table next to the buffet, and someone has it on the terrace at the very end. You need to specify where you want to sit.

A good hotel. We rested from 08/19/2013 for 7 nights.
I liked the hotel. Not big, but cozy. If you need a territory for walking, then you are not here. The hotel has no territory. But there is a big market nearby, and a cafe. The market accepts Russian rubles, which is very convenient.
The hotel rooms are good. The air conditioner works perfectly, there is a small balcony, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, the bar (2 cans of efies, two bottles of turborg 0.3, fanta, cola, mineral water, and some cookies) are replenished daily. Bed linen is changed, it seemed to me that once every three days. Towels - every day, we left them for 2-3 dollars, we didn't leave them once, there was no change, I didn't find my shaving machine on arrival). Probably offended. But these are small things.
For food.
The choice is not big, but everything is very tasty. They always found something to eat. We were satisfied with the restaurant. There were red fish in different versions and smoked, hot and cold, and grilled, and lightly salted, and shrimp, and not bad, and mussels, and squid boiled and in batter, delicious. Meat, beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, in different versions. I won't say about the children's table, I didn't pay attention. But you can eat around the clock, if desired. I really liked the coffee in the coffee shop and leaf tea. At the beach bar, packaged ice cream, different popsicles, cones, as in the store, as well as weight ice cream until 18:00 all day. You can have a snack in the snack bar on the beach as well. The staff work like bees. Everything is quickly cleaned, both in the restaurant and on the beach and by the pool. Well done.
Alcohol at the pool and on the beach is local. On the import lobby. Bellize, and Chivas are definitely there. But you need to clarify exactly what you want to drink, otherwise they can pour local alcohol. Cocktails are so-so, delicious alcoholic smoothies on the lobby. Watermelon, strawberry, tried, there are some more. Bottled beer tuborg and efies. Very drunk)) 5° on the lobby. On the beach and at the pool, the draught, judging by the taste and intoxication, is also tuborg, not diluted.

The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is sandy. There were enough deck chairs for everyone. The sea and the beach are super, the hotel territory is not large, 1 min walk to the beach on the beach there are changing rooms, toilets, fresh water showers. Everything is thought out.
In the evening after dinner, a show for children at the pool, then a disco for adults on the pier on the beach until 12 and then through a snack bar indoors until 3, it seems, we did not survive)) I don't know how long.
In rbschem, the hotel is good, decent. Your money is definitely worth it. I would have come back again.

The beach is sand, there is a bar on the pier where you can swim.
Food around the clock. Alcohol is everywhere. There is a really big minus. Chivas and Red label whiskey are godlessly diluted with local booze in the lobby bar. You want an original one up to the point of scandal. So if you want to take the original with you. But joint bartenders should not lower the rating of the entire hotel😉

What can I say-this is the best hotel in Turkey where I rested, I can't say a single comment, but I'm a pretty moody tourist)) beautiful beach, sandy water entry, very comfortable, there are always free sun beds on the beach, the food is simply delicious, you can eat from morning to night nights)) there is a cool bar on the beach, there are fruits everywhere during the day - watermelons, melons, pears, plums, apples, cakes. The food is a very large selection, and delicious, at dinner - different types of meat, salted fish, grilled, a bunch of types of cheese, rolls - I liked it, very pleasant waiters, serve very quickly, the animation is simply incomparable, the rooms are gorgeous, it's not boring in the evening from 21.30 there is a show program, then there is a disco on the beach, there are always people, the music is cool, a separate plus is that it's right on the sea - on the pier) I had a room with a side view of the sea, I really liked it, it's always quiet, and not so hot, since it's always in the shade, it's great to watch the sunset from it, right in front of the windows of some uninhabited hotel, so you can safely go out on the balcony in your underwear) the hotel is compact- no need in the heat, you can't go far, the hotel staff liked everything very much, they try, they clean the beach all the time, the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, I liked the spa area, everything is often, there is always time to sign up for a massage, I liked the sauna, the pool is refreshing, it's nice to lie by the pool in the heat. The room exceeded my expectations, it is very beautiful, a huge bed, beautiful mirrors, paintings, there is a sofa and another special sofa) for couples, such a room is just perfect, an open closet, it is very convenient to separate things!
