One of the Granada hotels in Okurcalar village in Alanya.
Of the advantages:
- excellent work of the staff of restaurants and bars, everything is clear and delicious;
- its own sandy beach, sea view;
- good animation;
- cozy rooms, timely cleaning.
Of the cons:
- the hotel administration checks in, you can buy a more interesting room by paying the administrator on hand;
- upon check-in, the concierge, who helps to carry things, literally begs for money without carrying the suitcases, then brings the second one and the same thing- not solidly;
- tense sellers of SPA services, from the first, from the second, from the tenth time, do not understand the word "not interesting"
In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel and the prices, it is definitely worth going here.

Great hotel! The territory is compact, but there is everything you need for recreation and even more.
The room stock is not tired, the mattresses are very comfortable, and sleeping is a pleasure.
The beach is sandy, the setting is excellent, the lagoon.
There are no complaints about the food in the restaurants, the drinks are also of good quality.
Lobby bar - in the evenings we went to try cocktails - excellent choice, margarita, strawberry daiquiri are good.
The spa area is a separate pleasure, a steam room with wet steam, a hammam, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, an indoor pool, towels can be taken at the entrance.
There was a foam disco on the beach, volleyball tournaments, and people tried their best to entertain.
Guest support is working great - they are in touch on WhatsApp almost around the clock.
We had a great week with our family, and we didn't mind spending money on vacations.

Nice hotel. Clean: rooms and restaurants are cleaned. Everyone is polite and smiling. The food is beyond praise - delicious and varied. Every day for dinner there are dishes on the grill - fish, kebabs, lula, cutlets, chicken. Lots of vegetables, lots of meat. Stuffed mussels, shrimps, crayfish. Everything was there. The cocktails are delicious, and my husband appreciated the strong drinks too. The bar is replenished daily: chocolates, straws, beer, cola, fanta, water. The sea view from the room is amazing.
