I want to write a complaint to the administrator of the Gramad branch about Zhangeldin. Terrible attitude towards an employee.
The story is like this:
There was a girl in a white hijab at the checkout, unfortunately I didn't see the name. She served us and it so happened that the code of the loose almonds came out incorrectly (that is, the marking is directional). She asked us to reissue the sticker, we approached, and there it comes out again instead of "almonds" - "pumpkin seeds". A kind and sweet girl, having warned the person, went out to help the client (which is the direct responsibility of the service staff).
A woman immediately flies out, as I understand it, she is the eldest, and yells right in front of us at this girl, screams and begins to tell her in an imperative tone to get up at the checkout. We say that she helps us, in response, completely ignore. Next, the girl stood at the checkout, another second woman came, as I understood it, also a senior manager, and they began to yell and scold this girl in front of all the customers.
To be honest, they showed their lack of professionalism and incompetence. I'm not going in there anymore! I'm sorry for the girl who didn't say anything!
