Great apartment hotel!!! The room has everything - even a washing machine and a stove! The staff is good, they helped with car rental, there is a swimming pool, sauna, salt room, rocking chair outside. You can have breakfast or dinner. Very warm atmosphere! The sea is not far across the road. Shops are all within walking distance (along the second line towards Mahmutlar).

I liked the hotel. Spacious two-room family room with a large balcony and a beautiful view. You can pay for your stay with a Union Pay card. Near the beach with an interesting bottom. Pleasant, friendly staff. The room has a small kitchen, but there are few dishes. I had to buy it))) Migros, bim and a couple more local shops are within walking distance

Not a bad hotel. Among the advantages: there is a good outdoor and indoor swimming pool, breakfast more or less, a gym. Among the disadvantages: the hotel is located in an area where there is virtually nothing infrastructural. The room was tired, it was time to carry out at least a cosmetic repair. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea. There's nothing to do there without a car. Or you will have to spend a lot on a taxi to get to a standing location.

A wonderful hotel. Stylish design of the room stock. There is a small kitchen in the room. Bathroom with good water pressure. Cleaning every day.
Excellent food, very tasty (half board). The territory of the hotel is small, but very cozy and homely. Clean pool, big enough. The staff is friendly and multilingual. Everything is as it should be. My favorite hotel in Kestel.
The hotel does not have its own beach, but this is not a problem.

Not bad, in some ways even super,
The location is like, for a relaxing holiday
The room is good, we had a family room, just a mini apartment, a washing machine, but no powder))) large refrigerator,
The bedroom bed is great, but the sofa is for 4-
Just a board with foam))
A large balcony, but it is wider than the balconies above, and we had all the ashes from the balconies above))
The curtains were barely holding, the toilet seat was hanging out, such little things could be fixed of course.
Food is a separate song
On the one hand, they are doing well, it feels like they are trying, but the restaurant is already too small for 2 buildings, there is simply nowhere to sit, there are still terrible transparent tablecloths on the tables, there are constantly no mugs for tea and coffee, everyone drinks from paper cups, shame!!!
Next to the food where the counter starts there are buckets with Waste, I was shocked
In general, this hotel is for the not very picky))
Everything tastes good and even the tea was always there and the coffee was quite decent
There is always soup for dinner, and porridge for breakfast
The beach is not far to go, there is a plot with sun beds for a fee of 50 tons. A lira for a sunbed
A slab was broken in the sea near the beach, it's good to swim, but it's better to have sneakers cut. For swimming, Pebbles and stones , it will be more pleasant to swim
You have to go to the nearest good store in Mukhmutlar for 15 minutes, there is no entertainment
It is about 220-250 t to Alanya. L by taxi

We had a vacation with my wife in June 2023. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the sea. The rooms are clean. They clean well. The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a sink and a small stove. There is a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. You can have lunch on the balcony. Migros (supermarket in 15min). Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. The food is delicious, but without frills. The receptionists mostly do not speak Russian. Taxi to the center of Alanya 10usd. By bus 20 min and 13.5liras per person. Transfer to a.p. 70usd. The beach, if with sun loungers and an umbrella, is 100lir for two for the whole day.

We took a room and breakfast.
Everything is fine. But lunch and dinner were not allowed even for an additional fee. Apparently, they only cooked breakfast. We spent 10 days in 60k. We looked at it yesterday, the price is almost twice as high. Still, we were lucky, apart from the lack of lunches and dinners.

Comfortable apartments. Kitchen studio + bedroom. Large balcony. A new quiet area under construction, next to two minimarkets and an expensive restaurant. Cons - a minimum of household appliances and dishes. We bought more glasses, household chemicals and paper and hygiene products.

We would like to immediately thank the hotel management and its staff for their hospitality))) Everyone was very friendly and attentive. We stayed at this hotel in June 2023.
The hotel is not big, but very cozy, clean and quiet. Our room was on the 6th floor with a beautiful view. Meals are breakfast and dinner, buffet style, no frills, but very tasty.
The rest turned out to be wonderful, we are very glad that we chose this hotel 🤩

It was the first day in Turkey in general, in 2019 we flew to Alanya for the May holidays and booked this hotel for a day to go further by car. Then there was only one building, the second was still under construction. The hotel is excellent, the kitchen, the staff. The owner, Rafik, was there and we had a pleasant conversation, he advised us places in Turkey and we went from him the next day to Cappadocia, it was a super trip. If we find ourselves in Alanya again, we will stay at this hotel.

The rest was a success! We returned from Turkey 4 days ago and I can say that we will return to Count Victor again. Gazipasa Airport is a 25-minute drive from the hotel. The hotel itself looks like a house with apartments , we had a family room , we were vacationing with a newborn baby. The food is very decent, especially the dinners. We bought lunch separately, there were soups every day, I recommend it! The owner of the hotel is attentive and strict. You can contact him with questions regarding accommodation, where to exchange currency and where to go for groceries. The room was cleaned, linen and towels were changed daily. This is a huge plus. The maids always left a few bottles of water. The hotel has its own beach, sun beds are free, but I recommend that the hotel staff put mattresses on the sun beds. Our cunning compatriots from other hotels and apartments also occupy these deck chairs , of course , without paying for them . And it may happen that the guests of the Count Victor Hotel may not have enough space. Please keep an eye on this. Thank you for your hospitality! I will recommend the hotel to my friends and acquaintances
