Good place and service, clean rooms

I'm on duty, before I went to the room, I asked if breakfast would be brought, they said that you can go down and eat there are two menu choices, I said okay, after I go down at 4:10 in the morning, they say that there was nothing to order in advance, we don't know, and there are only 30 minutes left before Suhur, I don't I can order and eat anything, incomprehensible staff and irresponsible, the story happened on 03/28/2025
As for the hotel itself, everything is neat and clear, there are no questions.

A very nice clean and modern hotel. Not far from the center. Cafes, shops are not far away. The hotel has everything you need: a bathrobe, slippers, soap, shampoo, gel, toothbrush, coffee / tea, water, hair dryer, and sweets in the refrigerator for an additional fee. There is a good restaurant on the ground floor. A buffet is included in the room rate. The Wi-Fi is great.The room cleaning is not bad. The administrator helps to resolve all issues instantly. Among the disadvantages, one can note the distance from the center and at breakfasts with a large number of people, the assortment of food is replenished very slowly and there is not enough. The choice of dishes is only porridge and one second course. There was no omelet and scrambled eggs, there was not enough sausage for everyone. The hotel is clean, in a quiet area, but you can even walk to the busy streets in 7 minutes. The room is clean, cleaning is frequent, breakfast is buffet style. Definitely worth stopping. If I'm still in Shymkent, I'll definitely stay in the Graph!

The hotel itself is still fairly new, the rooms are clean and the plumbing is good. The negative review concerns the staff of the entire hotel, at the check-out we accidentally forgot two gold rings under the pillow, we remembered a few hours later. We arrived, but the maid who cleaned after us, named Khurshida, ended her shift and she managed to go home. The request to call her was refused and we were not given any data. Only after the police were called did the manager arrive and only the district police officer himself was able to call her to the hotel. As they say, no thief was caught, of course she did not confess. Khurshida is Uzbek by nationality and she has Uzbek citizenship, it is not a fact that she works officially and has an employment contract. I think the hotel management will take action after this incident.
