We had a rest here in the summer of 2024 and we didn't like the room at all, not only were we waiting with a suitcase on the street when the owner arrived, but also the room was not cleaned at all, there were wires, curtains, tools, sand everywhere, dust from the street. The bed wasn't made, and we ended up doing it all ourselves. When I asked if anyone could clean the floor, he took it and washed it himself.... and then I ordered a house, no hand soap, no closet of any kind, at most it's chairs and a large board with hooks (by the way, the room in which we lived is below in the photo, we lived in it). There is no reception for someone to help solve the problem, only the owner, whom you need to wait for. We booked a double room, but in fact we settled into a triple room, when we said this, they showed us this double room, according to the conditions it is even worse…
One of the advantages is that there is a place to sleep, wash up, and the sea is nearby. If we return to Abkhazia, then definitely not to this guest house!

It was in August-September 2024. I liked everything because I grew up in the USSR and have no special requests. I will not recommend the "Wave" to people with a gentle soul and a refined worldview, it's better to go to your beloved Turkey and not mess around. Romantics who come to Abkhazia for 10 days to dive on the sea, wander through the mountains, visit Gagra and Pitsunda, can not find a better place.

Hello! I would like to leave a review about your guest house. We rested with you in August of this year 2024. The disappointment was just huge, what is the service, cleanliness there is not known from the word "at all"! After driving to the place of rest for 35 hours, no one was waiting for us, there was no person on site who was engaged in resettlement, the tenants who arrived earlier helped us find him. We waited 30 minutes for him to come (we just stood outside with our suitcases) Upon arrival, a man named Sergey began to argue and express his doubts that we had paid for the room (in advance!!) not in the 1st case , but in the 2nd . Just raised my nerves! He did not finish reading the contract, exactly where the building is registered and stood arguing, saying "call the manager, etc." it took another 30 minutes!!! As a result, we moved into the 1st (paid) building. But then there was another disappointment, it was the dirt in the room!!! Just dirt from the previous tenants!!! They put a bucket of funds under our door and we cleaned it ourselves. They haven't cleaned it once in 10 days, it's not customary there. Yes, the 1st building is new, yes on the seashore, BUT there is NO respect for those who chose you and paid the money!!!! There is not even an elementary closet in the room so that you can put things out, no soap, they brought half a roll of paper. I want to return to Abkhazia, but not to your guest house

We had a rest in July. We booked in advance, Sergey Nikolaevich met us at the border. The sea is within walking distance. That's where the advantages ended. The room was not cleaned at all, the plumbing was in terrible condition, the toilet had not been cleaned for a hundred years, the water in the shower was bad, the bedding was gray, washed, like towels. A room for 3 people, one bedside table, but it also had no back wall, everything was falling down. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, the mosquitoes sang songs all night until they bought remedies for them themselves. The kitchen is very dirty, there are few dishes, the garbage cans are constantly filled and an unpleasant smell emanated from them. There is no Internet from the word at all. We lived on the second floor to make calls, text messages, and were forced to go down to the courtyard and just catch the Internet near the trash cans. The host reacts inadequately and rudely to all our comments. As it turned out later, there was no maid at all, so the rooms themselves washed the floor, cleaned the toilet, the sink, and even swept the stairs. An unpleasant impression of this guest house. We were before that a few years ago, then there was a maid and the kitchen was working. Now everything has not changed for the better. Sorry...

In general, the rooms are not bad, the first coastline, very polite hosts, confused only by the fact that it was stated that the rooms have a hairdryer and it was not. And when asked to give out a blanket or a blanket to hide, they brought a Soviet barbed blanket without a duvet cover. And that's in a few days. During the 9 days of staying in the room, they never cleaned or changed the bed, usually I do it every 3 days. + It was very unpleasant that we booked a room for 2 with a sea view for 3500 . Upon arrival, it turned out that there was only one such room left, they showed it to us and there were walls in mold with wallpaper that had fallen off. And it smelled very musty. To which we were offered a 3-bed room. But they have already charged us 4000 per day. It was very unpleasant. Since we booked the accommodation in advance

We rested in this guest house. The owner is good. The sea is two steps away. There is a shared kitchen, refrigerators on the street. But the rooms are not cleaned, there is a web (it did not bother us). And so we were very satisfied. Thanks to Sergey Nikolaevich that upon arrival at 13.00 we were immediately settled and upon departure we were in the room until the very departure. Shops, cafes are within walking distance.

If it were possible to give minus 5 stars, I would.
Abkhazia has gorgeous nature, and that's where the advantages ended.
The host is not distinguished by Abkhazian hospitality. When booking the room, they indicated that there would be 4 adults, i.e. two on a single bed! the beds will not fit under any circumstances. Upon arrival (I volunteered to meet at the border, but I was almost an hour late), the room was waited from morning to 7 pm, the sea is nearby. I tried to move into a 3-bed room with a 1.5 sofa and a single bed. Bed linen (sheets) without the unknown origin of the stains had to be "knocked out" from the owner. Cobwebs on the walls in the room, the toilet did not work and was flushed out of the bottle for another day, then the faucet flowed. But we were lucky: there were doors in the shower (in the new building there are no curtains, no door handles, no light bulb in the desk) The "cherry on the cake" is the entrance door to the room (photo below) with a hole sealed with a bag in the place where the lock is located. It is logical to ask: what the hell are the keys then, if you can open them simply by bending the edge of the bag.
Don't wait for what was promised on the cafe's website, there is now a junk warehouse (bed linen is stored in the same dust between cans of paint and construction debris). I don't even want to write about the shared kitchen. At the same time, the price per day is impressive.
The owner was constantly absent. People searched, called, and instead of resting, they waited for him to solve some new problems.
I will immediately answer that we did not leave on the first day, because we were limited in time and there was no way to move.
If we are going to Abkhazia again, we will not go to Sergei in the "Wave" for anything.

I had a rest at this hotel. Tin is an understatement. The rooms are not cleaned at the settlement, and not only the rooms. The rooms smell of sewage, it's not just one thing. The kitchen is a mess, no detergents, no disinfection. There is no mosquito net on the windows in the rooms. mosquitoes eat the horror. It is clear that a huge amount of money has been invested in the hotel, with a good approach, you can make a good service and then there will be a lot of people. There were often complaints about the owner that he ignored the requests of the tenants. Washing is done in a basin. The only huge plus is the proximity to the beach and a gorgeous view of the sea. The beds and mattresses were new, the bed linen was clean. Towels are only for washing floors. I hope the owner will read this review and correct the shortcomings. If this is all fixed, then I will come again.

The owner of the house does not listen too much to the requests of his guests in most rooms there are no refrigerators, there is no normal TV, there is no cleaning in the rooms, there is no cafe dining room on the territory of the hotel, there is no detergent in the common kitchen (this is in the heat of 30 gr.) for some reason, guests should buy it, for 10 days there was no change of linen, when at the same time, the price tag for the rooms is quite above the average for Tsandripsh , among the advantages is an excellent sea (in clear weather ) The Caucasus Mountains are also nearby.
