A great place to spend the night… The 5th building is nothing like that, clean and odorless... and in the 1st building it's like in a galim hostel… 1. The case stinks of some kind of sourness; 2. The floors in the room are dirty, garbage is falling down, some garlic was lying… 3. There are no sockets at all, only under the TV and under the refrigerator.. Everything... either watch TV or charge your phone… No plate or fork.. a couple of glasses and a kettle dirty from boiled milk .. Once again I will say a purely personal opinion… You can sleep, the prices are acceptable.. but the service is zero.

We give you 5 stars!!!!Great hotel!the girl at the reception is friendly and polite.check-in is fast, official, with passports.Free parking is available on site. The rooms are neat and clean.with air conditioning,refrigerator, kettle.there is an ironing board and an iron. There is also a TV in the room, although he speaks Ukrainian)))in general, this hotel has solid advantages!!!!The only negative is that we didn't find it right away.there was confusion in the streets)))

Well, let's start with the pros. Price. That's it, that's the end of it. Upon arrival in the room, when lifting the blanket, a cockroach was discovered (the photo is also present against the background of their Book with the rules and regulations). After showing the administrator this incident, I note that I did not specifically advertise it to other guests, they were offered relocation to another room. But after asking if there would be the same insects there, the administrator did not say anything intelligible. I am the owner of a service company myself and I believe that in such a situation, the staff should do everything to smooth out the inconvenience. But because of the price, it looks like a hostel, not a hotel. Thank you.
