It's a very decent hotel. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The cleaning is excellent. Breakfast is for every taste. Moreover, it should be noted that with heavy workload, the restaurant staff does a good job - cleanliness is immediately restored, and the finished dishes are added. The negative is the prices for lunch and dinner (((( Only the buffet at 4100 per person, while not choosing a separate dish from the menu, which creates unpleasant difficulties with the remoteness of the hotel from the center.

It is very clean and cozy. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Thanks to the director (I'm not sure about the position) Julia is an amazing woman! And Hassan's buffet is above all praise! Of course, the price is very high for Russia or Kazakhstan, but do not forget the fact that the hotel is open only for mostly manned launches. And at this time, even to eat well, it is not easy to find a place.

It's a beautiful place.Convenient location.In addition to the main city, there is a cosmodrome and a cosmonauts hotel nearby.I spent 5 days watching the rocket launch and got to know the astronauts.The food is just great.🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
