The wonderful location of the hotel, very tasty breakfasts, there is a beautiful garden. The room is clean, the air conditioning works (for heat and cold), the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean, there is a balcony in the room overlooking the main street. There is a large supermarket nearby. Hospitable and helpful owners. There is a parking place for the car.

A very cozy hotel. The room has a refrigerator and a kettle, which is undoubtedly a plus. A nice bed with a mattress and a TV. The breakfasts were simply the most luxurious during our entire trip to Armenia. There is free parking near the hotel, but it is everywhere in Armenia, except Yerevan. There is a supermarket very close by, where you can order a barbecue, at the price of a regular supermarket, which will be fried in 40 minutes (400 drams is worth frying a kilo of meat).
