We stayed in this hotel once. I really liked it. The staff is polite, they settled in quickly! The room is clean and cozy!
The bathroom is clean, white bathrobes, slippers are all available.
Breakfast, everything is delicious and fresh.
We will be in Atyrau, we will definitely stay only in the Kazakhstan hotel!
A hotel in case all other accommodation options are not available. The service is very parochial and is designed for business travelers from local enterprises. The kitchen is mediocre. The only advantage is the location in the center of Atyrau.
The first thing that immediately caused indignation with the first step was a ladder without a ramp. Okay, if there was a gentle ladder with 2-4 steps, so there's sorry such a flight of stairs that lifting a girl 15 kg up does not add joy and pleasant impressions. The second is that the lobby itself is dark and the light is dim, not like in a hotel, but like a loft bar. Third, you are standing and waiting for the elevator and you will definitely stink of cigarette smoke, clothes should definitely be washed immediately. It's unclear down there whether it's a smoking room or something, but the smoke is standing in a column. The rooms are so shabby, as if there is a note of the Soviet Union. Again, the lighting is bad. And in the end, what finally spoiled the impression of this hotel - for breakfast (I came at 9.30) there was nothing and even appliances, I called the staff and asked for appliances, no one followed the replenishment of food or its availability. In general, then I had to eat in another place. I do not know the cost of the room (the company paid for us), but the range of food for breakfast is poor, instant coffee.
