A wonderful place! Friendly, competent and caring owner. Convenient location. Clear sea. Not a tiring beach. Wonderful fishing from the shore. In the neighboring catering establishments there is a huge selection of assortment, as they say, for every taste and financial possibilities. Affordable room price and absolute value for money. The latter even prevails. The choice of this place for our ten-day vacation with my wife was made on the basis of previously written reviews and we were very satisfied. The rooms are very cozy and have everything you need. The beach is almost at the entrance to the hotel. The friendly host. Thanks to Joseph for organizing the rest and a welcome bottle of wine!

A wonderful hotel! The rooms are clean, tidy, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a cool park with a fountain at the hotel. To the bus stop, from where you can go to the market and to New Athos and Sukhum .....1 minute . Shops, pharmacies, cafes and canteens are within walking distance... And also... I went out and looked to the right.... And here it is... The sea!!!! a few meters. Well, the most important thing... This is the innkeeper... Intelligent, polite, hospitable Joseph. I met him and escorted him to the airport. We had a rest from November 6 to November 15. Everything was wonderful. Endless gratitude. We will definitely come back again.
