We had a rest on March 8th. It was rented for a day. Three junior suites. One of the visitors decided to extend and because of this we were given one suite and two junior suites.
The rooms are clean, cozy, and have everything you need except gel.
The food is good, varied and delicious.
The location of the hotel is very advantageous. The beach is nearby. Access to the nature reserve on the walking paths immediately. The only negative is television. My friends had everything fine in the junior suite, but there was a problem with the TV in the suite....satellite did not pick up, only cable ...
From leisure, billiards, tennis and a gym, everything is included in the payment.
Administrator Anara is a very patient and helpful girl. She kept up with everything and answered the phone quickly.
In principle, the hotel is not bad, you can stay here and relax with pleasure.
There was also a pleasant surprise from the Alma Ata hotel for our friend, the administration heard in the evening how we congratulated him on his birthday, his birthday was on March 8, and a couple of hours later a bottle of champagne and a box of Mercy chocolates were delivered to his friends' room. Unexpectedly and very pleasantly!
We also witnessed how the hotel honors the traditions of different nationalities. We are Slavs, we were fed according to the same schedule, but those who keep Eid are Muslims, they were asked how it was convenient for them and fed at the right time for them. It didn't matter that they had breakfast at 4 a.m.

We've been here for two days.The prices are not cheap. We chose them based on reviews. One plus is the responsive staff, good-natured, but in terms of service, do not expect anything. The suite consists of 2 rooms, the bed is large, but it makes sounds of fatigue and clearly asks not to disturb her. The room is not cleaned, towels are not changed, garbage is not taken out, it just accumulated and waited in the wings. A separate chapter can be devoted to the shower, it is not possible to wash there, the shower is stationary, it hits with rare sharp jets anywhere, but not for its intended purpose. The floor gets wet in minutes. Breakfasts are like in a hospital:porridge, butter, one piece of cheese and one sausage, think about the quality yourself. I will dilute all this only with the pleasant location of the hotel itself, everything is nearby, the lake is visible from the window and walks would be wonderful if not for the fact that almost the entire beach is someone's territory and fences are all around.

A wonderful hotel in the center of the resort village. Close to beaches and piers. Delicious food, there are gazebos with barbecue grills, wonderful mountain views
