Excellent budget hotel in the city center, everything is clean and new. Everything we asked for at the reception was given without any problems. There is a cafe on the ground floor of this building, recently opened. You can have a great breakfast there. In the standard room, the chandelier worked in two modes: cold and warm light, a very cool solution. We recommend it.
Great guys, I'm very happy. I came from Krasnodar to my homeland. The hotel is lovely, clean and modern. I thank my native Semipalatinsk and the owners of the hotel for the warm welcome.
The service is very good, the interior is clean and cozy, the location is excellent, it is located in the city center, there is a wonderful cafe under the hotel where the food is delicious, I really liked it. 👍
There is no elevator! It is very inconvenient to lift a heavy suitcase to the third floor. The towels were stained, and the towel under my feet was on top of the other towels. Everything in the hotel is modern, beautiful, and cozy, but you shouldn't walk in the room without slippers (debris and sand stick). They probably don't vacuum. And breakfast starts at 8:00 a.m. first of all, it's not convenient because most people come on a business trip and work from 8:00 a.m. And besides, you'll arrive at 8:00 for breakfast, and there's no one from the staff there. But these are small things. And so cozy, quiet.
Every time we stop, the accounting department is working very poorly, it's always dragging its feet with documents, and the receptionist is a plump girl who is very rude, always unhappy, the receptionist is the face of the hotel, you have to dress decently, you don't know if it's a bathrobe or pajamas she's wearing.
So far everything is new, nice interior, comfortable bed, shops and several cafes are within walking distance. Of the cons: there is no kitchen, respectively, there are no breakfasts. Now it is difficult to imagine a modern hotel without breakfast. In general, if the issue of having breakfast is not important, then you can recommend the hotel to visit. And well, one of the disadvantages is the absolute indifference to what is happening and to the guests on the part of the hotel staff (reception).
The perfect hotel. Air conditioning, top-level quality. I would choose this hotel for the second time and would live in it if I had been in Kazakhstan for a long time for work and so on.
A strange hotel. There is no bar or cafe, eat yourself wherever you want. There is no provision for cleaning in the rooms during the stay, while there is also no replacement bed linen. The TV is hanging on the wall, but it is not configured, of course there are no setup instructions, so you can only view the menu. Wi-Fi routers are hanging on the floors, but no one will tell you the password. There is no internal phone either, if you want to ask something, stomp your feet. The staff won't be the first to greet you, and they won't even raise their heads from behind the counter. Quite normal conditions for a motel, but not a hotel.
A great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. Nice design, new furniture, cleanliness and order in the room. I checked in very quickly, without any problems, there is Parking.
Everything is clean and tidy.
Everything you need is available. Also, the staff are all polite.
I express my gratitude.
Sincerely, Nazira Turegeldievna
We stayed at this hotel 2 times while passing through. And in each room something was broken, the conalization was clogged, the light bulb burned out in the lamp, the hair dryer was not working. Well, as for cleanliness and bed, of course 5. Of course, we understand everything, but all these nuances need to be taken into account. I think everything will be fixed and everything will get better.
A lovely cozy hotel in the center of Semey. There are even two-room rooms with a living room. There is a pleasant halal cafe across the street, where you can have breakfast from 8 am.
A good hotel, especially for the countryside. Clean, quiet, new furniture, hot water, comfortable bed, there is breakfast, porridge-scrambled eggs-tea, at least for an additional fee.
In general, a new hotel, new renovation, but Rooms without breakfast. There is nowhere to have breakfast at all, only if you buy it somewhere and eat it at the hotel. There is no elevator, it is not easy to carry a suitcase to the 4th floor. There are no normal shops nearby, let alone supermarkets. There are no cafes with restaurants nearby. Something more or less normal is 15 minutes on foot or 500 tenge by taxi. But there is an embankment and monuments. My deluxe room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, a kettle and glasses. The room was not cleaned for 3 days. I went to the reception, they told me that they do not clean the room at all without the permission of the guests. That is, if I hadn't come up, they wouldn't have cleaned at all. I went out every morning and told them to clean up and change the towels. In general, it is tolerable. But I can't say that I recommend it, if you don't have anywhere else to stay, then you can come here.
The hotel is new, so the furniture, the rooms are new, clean, but there are no breakfasts, and there is no service as usual in hotels, there is a kettle in the room without a tea set, the dishes were dirty, and it was cold in the room, there is no noise insulation, the neighbors are very audible, this is a big minus, and the plus of this hotel is one, this is its location , near the center, the embankment.
The hotel is basically normal. Breakfast hotel. There is no elevator in the hotel. It is not convenient when you go down or up with a suitcase very slowly. There is no water in the rooms.
A normal hotel, the staff is polite, the repair is decent, but there was a lot of air conditioning in the room (and the room price is not that low) and small lighting sources. The room was not cleaned for two nights, the garbage was not taken out.
Everything is very average, but the most important thing is clean. Minus - there are no breakfasts. Otherwise, it's probably a good hotel for this city.
