We have found a wonderful place to relax in Abkhazia! We got a lot of positive emotions that we want to share with this place! If you are going on vacation to Abkhazia or traveling around it, I recommend staying here! Everything is new, excellent room stock, we had a rest for 3 families and each was located in different buildings, so I can say that all buildings are excellent, clean, comfortable! There is a shared kitchen where there are many tables, cleanliness is maintained, rags and sponges are changed, tables are wiped all the time! The bed linen and towels are perfect, the mattresses are great! All the staff is friendly, ready to tell you everything, help, in general, the rest was a success for a long time! You can park your car on the territory, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea through the beautiful streets of Gudauta! Thanks to the staff for their care!

Guys, this villa is the best place we have ever stayed in Abkhazia) We have been here twice, the owner of the villa is Gudisa, the nicest person, the villa is cozy, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the sea is close - 200 meters along a beautiful path overlooking the mountains, Galichny beach is beautiful, there is a lawn with grass. We had a great time here, and we really liked everything.

Very nice place, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea.
The room is comfortable, and most importantly, good mattresses!! It's important to me.😉
All the dishes are new in the kitchen, there is everything you need for cooking, good pots and pans, and the most important thing is how you are received, an approach to each guest, to any request with a smile.

We stayed in a "big" house (besides it there are also small wooden houses).
Among the advantages: large rooms with a balcony, each room has a small refrigerator, kettle and TV. On the second floor there is an ironing board and an iron. The sea is a 5-minute walk away.
Of the cons: in the five days that we were here, the room was not cleaned once. They didn't even take out the trash. It is assumed, apparently, that the guests will take it out on their own.
WiFi was only available in one room on the ground floor. There is no kitchen and no breakfast either. This is generally a problem, because cafes in the city only open at 10 a.m.
So if you are with children or just used to getting up early, then this option is probably not for you. But if you come with a company, like to sleep longer and you need large rooms (for example, with three beds), then this may be a good option in terms of price-quality ratio.

Excellent price-quality ratio. Pleasant staff, well-groomed territory, convenient Parking. The sea is nearby. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The streets around the hotel are illuminated at night, but the hotel is located away from the noisy streets.

After reading the mixed reviews, we still chose this hotel for a holiday in Abkhazia. I would like the hotel to be located not on the first line, because as a rule, things do not dry on the first line in hotels, there is mold on the walls in the rooms.
We arrived at the hotel at night, because the flight was delayed, but they waited for us anyway and met us. The hotel itself is located 5 minutes from the beach, very convenient location, the rooms are clean, there is air conditioning, TV, kettle, set of dishes, hair dryer, disposable hygiene products. There is a market within walking distance - 10 minutes, cafes and restaurants are nearby. There are 2 beaches - not equipped and a beach in the park, we went to the beach in the park, there are sun beds (paid), a canopy, a shower, changing rooms, etc. Special thanks to the administrator - Daria, very friendly, always prompt and help. There is a private kitchen where you can cook, equipped with everything you need. I was also surprised how well and efficiently our room was cleaned while we were on the tour, thanks a lot for that!
You might think that this is a fake review, but no, we really love the hotel. The three of us had a rest - mom, dad and daughter

Don't look better, you won't find it anyway. Believe me, it has been in existence for 3 years and we have been dreaming about it for 3 years. We love Gudisa. I really liked it in Dolce Vita) Daria is very nice, polite, kind. He will tell you everything and show you. The room is cozy, has air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer. Everything is neat. The territory is also super. The sea is 6 minutes away by direct road. 👍
