We got acquainted with this guest house and the owners a few years ago. And now we only go here! Every year we see changes: rooms and furniture are updated, the territory is improved, new refrigerators and much more have been purchased., a shop and cafe have opened, you can rent a bicycle, buy inflatable circles and mattresses for swimming in the sea. Nearby you can order a barbecue or roast yourself on the territory of the guest house. The territory is well equipped, there are places to sit and company and retire, you can also park a car. We feel at home! mistress Julia will always prompt and help! And what can we say about the proximity of the sea, 1 minute through the Pitsundov pines, for those with children in general, a godsend! Pies on the counter constantly seduce with their smell! Behind the fence is a wonderful girl Svetlana with a tour desk. You do not need to go anywhere, you will be picked up and brought directly to the house, where the excursion point is located. There are many cafes and shops nearby. But it's not noisy) I recommend it!!!

Beginning of September 2024. We rested with my wife in this hotel for the first time, booked in advance. We were very satisfied. The room is clean, with 2 double beds, mini fridge, bedside table, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, bathroom. The hot water is constant and the pressure is good. There is an ironing board and an iron on each floor. To the sea 2 min. walking. Cafe, shop are all within walking distance.

We have been vacationing in a hotel on Gochua 1a for three years in a row and we will definitely come again. Very good living conditions. I will describe it in detail. The hostess Juliet is very hospitable, always greets guests with a smile. We love to visit her. Everything is in this house and a cafe where they will cook very delicious homemade dishes, and a store with food, drinks and household goods. The house has Internet on every floor, withstands any load. If someone arrives by car, then there is a parking space right in the yard. There is a huge veranda for evening sitters. Housing prices are reasonable, rooms for every taste. And most importantly-the sea is nearby, 2 minutes at a calm pace. We went to the sea three times a day. Generally cool! Everything is provided for recreation and inflatable circles and bicycles and various excursions, a bus stops right next to the house. Next to the house there is a small playground to walk with the kids. And the air is just a delight. Here I am writing and I want to come again.

Of the advantages, only the location of the hotel is close to the sea, near a shop, cafe. I got a terrible room with old furniture and without a balcony, not the one that was agreed with the hostess, they promised to relocate, but they never did. The window in the room was broken, they promised to call the master, but he had "no time" for all ten days of our stay. I definitely do not recommend it.

August 2024 We rested for 9 days with a company of 11 people. We arrived without booking, just came and we were all successfully selected rooms at a good price. All rooms are equipped with amenities, air conditioning, in good condition.
Nearby there is a shop and a cafe-canteen (delicious food).

We have been vacationing with Julia for 10 years. We rest both soul and body. Everything is cool. The sea is nearby(1min) Shop in the yard. The barbecue area is gorgeous. On the contrary, delicious Ositinsky pies. On the shore there is a cafe with live music (violin, saxophone) PARADISE.

I had a vacation last year. It's a disgusting place. Scandalous hosts.
The room is for homeless people. Everything is dirty. The furniture is ancient. There are holes on the chair. Springs popped out of the mattress. There is no grid on the windows. The plaid had to be washed, as it exuded an unpleasant smell. Towels, hair dryer, refrigerator, TV, soap, etc. are missing and this is for 2500 per day. Laundry is paid.

We had a rest at Juliet's in early September, for a week. A very hospitable hostess, there were positive answers to any questions! The hotel house is completely satisfied, it is located within walking distance to the sea, and it's a pleasure to walk to the center!! Nearby you can visit a cafe! A very good hotel, the hostess is good-natured, even accepted with a pet, we have a Yorkshire terrier. The beach is just around the corner, a minute walk away. The car can be left on site. At the bottom of the cafe, they cook perfectly.

There are no soaps, shampoos, shower gels in the rooms and it is not implied. A double bed is two single beds put together. They're leaving. Very uncomfortable.
There is a kettle and a microwave in the kitchen area.
There are no dishes from the word "absolutely". The maid is unfriendly in general.

A private small hotel, I came across a room on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Own bathroom, refrigerator, TV, two beds, 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning. There was a smell of dampness due to the recent bad weather, but it quickly disappeared. The room is compact. There is a small parking lot for cars. I liked the backyard with a small garden, tables under a canopy and a communal area. There is a lot of free space around the case. You can order delicious food from the adjacent cafe from the rear wiper. The prices are average. We took 2 rooms. One round one is still nothing, even though there are streaks on the walls. The second one is small, except for the bed, bedside table and mini fridge there is nothing in the room. There's nowhere to put the suitcase, you'll stumble over it everywhere.
The relatives were a couple of years ago, and you could use the kitchen equipped with stoves, there was a washing machine, there were free bicycles and parking.
Now, for the fee that has increased 2.5 times since those years, you can only sit in the room. Everything outside it is paid. The stoves were closed to visitors, cooks were allowed in, if you want breakfast, order it, pay.
A microwave was left for public use, but it is the only one for about 18 rooms. It is not clear how to eat, there is no place for washing, there is not even a basin where you can wash your swimsuits after the sea.
I was also surprised by the lack of toilet paper in the room. Apparently, too, exclusively for an additional fee.

Cons: the hostess Juliet is rude! To questions about a non-working microwave or TV, the answer is: "I don't have time, you're not the only one." The canteens are 1 km away, adults are normal, but children were dragged on themselves. The light is periodically turned off during the day, at night it is mandatory, but it is everywhere at night. One of the 4 kettles is working, in the morning you can wait for coffee.
