Guests are not greeted "like that". And they don't treat you like that. sorry. We were warned that we would be waiting for hot dishes for about an hour. Our time allowed. Some of the desired dishes were missing. And the fact that we "waited" an hour later disappointed both externally and to taste. Meat dishes were "piled". They brought fried walleye with mashed arugula. The fish was a dry piece. and the "puree" is a bunch of grass nearby! But we will know what the dishes that are cooked for an hour look like!

We had a rest on Saturday evening in the Guests bar with a company. We tried branded beer and cider, snacks were selected from the menu: a meat board and a beer set for 2 people. The meat snacks tasted immediately suspicious and generally not tasty. As a result, 2 people got severe food poisoning! Vacationers, be careful about the choice of food in such establishments!
I liked only the live music and the atmosphere of the institution, but the resulting poisoning spoiled everyone's mood and impressions for a long time. (

After the visit, we compared it with other places (I can't list it because of the service policies). And so the Guests lost to everyone. And the music wasn't very good that evening, and the food wasn't impressive, and even my own beer turned out to be like that. You can go, but it's better to choose something else.

We attended lunch as part of a city tour. For lunch there was soup with noodles, for the second chicken with potatoes and cabbage. The food was three, but we were very hungry, so we ate everything. The juice is very diluted, the soup is liquid and unsalted. Chicken and potatoes were normal. The service was fast, the interior is nice

The price of the dishes is restaurant, and the level of food is canteen.
We ordered borscht, second courses and tea. Borscht is normal, although I didn't like the meat, it's not so good. The second courses were waiting and waiting, it turned out that they forgot about us, as a result, they brought almost cooled pancakes. The pancakes are not fried: the potatoes are grated on a coarse grater, the pancakes themselves are thick, fried on top, inside are half-cooked potato fibers. It doesn't taste good. Tea tastes like some kind of stale product, a feeling that it's just old tea. The order was taken by one person, the dish was brought by another, which is why the staff is in a mess.
On the plus side: they apologized to us for the delay of the second courses and gave us two portions of dessert as a bonus.

Advantages: location in the very center, Christmas decoration, friendly staff. Cons: I didn't like the beer (lager and wheat - impossible sourness), uncomfortable low sofas, food - it can be better, 10 rubles per person for a musical program. I wonder what they do with the guests who did not have time to eat before 22.00 - before the start of live music.

We visited this restaurant on 23.04. We ordered chicken sausages with baked potatoes. We waited 40 minutes, after which they brought us cold sausages floating in cold broth (which is not mentioned in the menu at all) with cold potatoes. When asked why the dish is cold after 40 minutes. while waiting, the waitress (a dark-haired girl with a long ponytail) could not answer anything intelligible, offered to warm up in the microwave or a compliment - ice cream or cheesecake - after sausages with beer (she did not think to apologize). We refused. A 10% discount was reluctantly offered. Then it turned out that the bread that was served with the dish smelled of mold. We were very hungry, so we ate some of the bread. Artem, the administrator, was invited (just an anti-intrusion for the restaurant), who is absolutely unable not only to handle such situations, but in principle to be responsible for service and quality. Artyom also didn't think to apologize and announced that they had a full boarding (is this a guest problem?). When asked to familiarize himself with a piece of bread that was served to the guests in a restaurant called "Guests," Artyom also refused. He promised a discount, but he gave a discount to only one person out of three, explaining that the rest (attention!) The bread was finished. We stared at him in complete shock, unable to believe our ears. Next, the icing on the cake: the waitress raised her voice again (again not thinking to apologize): Well, here's yours (attention!) the requested discount, what else? And the administrator Artyom, smiling maliciously, in response to my comment that I would leave a review, noticed: Well, before you start writing a review, I'm off... Well, what can I say? The staff is unsuitable (especially the administrator), the cuisine is tasteless, including beer, which is positioned as branded. The attitude towards the guests is disgusting (probably, they simply forgot about our order and remembered only after 40 minutes, pouring cold sausages with cooled broth - maybe it will roll). Moreover, the prices in the restaurant are clearly above average - for what? We recommend walking around this place a kilometer away.

The interior is interesting, pleasant, the bathrooms are generally magical, but that's all the advantages. The service is not to say that it is absolutely disgusting: yes, the waitress Ksenia was pleasant and friendly, but also very incompetent, but you can't even say that about the food in general. Let's start with the fact that the food was waited for more than 40 minutes with almost zero restaurant load, so they also brought it to everyone at different times with a difference of about 10-20 minutes, that is, as a result, an hour-long wait for the dish! Even the drinks were carried not for 10 minutes, but much longer. The long serving of dishes was justified by the process of cooking and serving directly from the fire, but then how to explain the fact that the steaks were warm on the outside and cold on the inside. In general, the price / quality / taste ratio also does not match each other in any way. By the way, the beer was also tasteless, and the cider was like.
We wish the institution to analyze its work and improve it!

We celebrated the New Year with a friend . The first time we were in this institution ... the staff was pleasantly surprised - we were immediately met by a young man (Ivan, he is, in my opinion, a security guard) and led us into the hall, they actively monitored the order throughout the evening - this could not but please!)...the bartenders are just sweethearts , actively making an order. The program as a whole was normal - although I would like it better ... in general, the place is comfortable, you can have a delicious meal and have a great time)

The guy was doing pretty well, you can't say that about the girl. The most incomprehensible repertoire, it is very difficult to dance to Tsoi and what sounded there. Thanks to the DJ, it was possible to dance with the musicians during breaks. The only thing he had were remixes. The funny thing is, when ordering a table, a young man told me that I need to pay 5 rubles for music . Should I pay for this ? Are you kidding? They really didn't take the money.

I DO NOT recommend it to hedonists, gourmets and seekers of national Belarusian cuisine. The establishment is focused on servicing bus tour groups.
We were on May 1, 2025, and we carried the order for a long time. In the end, they didn't bring what they ordered, the draniki were just terrible- potato ashes in oil. Good beer, interesting liqueurs- but the price is too high compared to more interesting places.
The same draniki in the nearby coffee shop "Dzhezva" at a completely different level of quality and taste at a comparable price.

I have been to this institution 3 times and 2 of them failed. The first time was in July 2022. The place was booked in advance on the 2nd floor, as I did not want to dance, but to have a delicious meal and talk calmly. As a result, we were put in a room with a playground for children. A company with small children came to the next table 5 minutes later. Because of the loud screams of the children, it was difficult to hear the interlocutor and talk not at the top of his voice. I had to finish eating quickly and leave the place. By the way, for the first time in my life I didn't finish the draniki, they were just tasteless, there are no questions about beer. For the third time (after 2 visits, it seemed to me that the institution was worthy), the place was also booked and a deposit of 100 rubles was made (for two). The waiter had to wait a long time, not everything from alcohol is what is offered on the menu. We stayed there for a short time and then the waiter brought the bill: for some reason it was not indicated in the bill that the deposit had been made, and I was out at the moment. My friend, who was a guest of the city, did not immediately understand and paid the bill. It's good that I came back and rechecked. Then the administrator figured out how it happened. Fortunately, I had a receipt saved, and the money was returned to us. The situation is as unpleasant as possible. I haven't had anything like this in any other establishments.
