It's a great place. The cozy rooms have all the amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are many places for adults and children to relax on the territory. Hammocks, trampoline, comfortable chairs. Cats, dogs) A 5-minute walk from the guest house is the sea and a lot of different cafes.
And the most important thing is that you come to visit friendly, friendly people and feel exactly like that - there is no feeling of a hotel, it seems that you have come to visit

We rested here in September 2024. We were very satisfied! It's four minutes to mya. The room is comfortable, with air conditioning and a TV. There is a huge veranda. The kitchen has everything you need-you can cook. There is a cafe nearby-you can eat there too. Two shops within walking distance with card payments, which is important!!! And the horse mackerel from the hostess is just a delight!!!

We rested here from 07/29.24 to 08/29.24. two families with children. The overall impression is 5+. In order:
Clean, cozy rooms with all amenities. we lived for 5 days on the second floor and the rest of the time on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a room with one double bed and one bunk bed for children. On the ground floor there are two single beds and one double bed. Otherwise, the rooms are identical, everything is good. The dining room is spacious, there was enough space for everyone, has soft windows and a soft transparent curtain, the air conditioner works inside, so eating in the heat was very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with 2 gas stoves and a large set of dishes for eating and cooking. The only drawback is one sink, but this is not critical either. There is a designated smoking area on the territory, a barbecue area next to it, as well as a trampoline, a garden swing, and on the second floor of one of the buildings there are 3 hammocks, a pair of hanging "eggs" swings and additional tables with mountain views. The territory is designed so that in the evening those who want to sit and talk in specially designated places do not interfere with their sounds to other vacationers. The hosts are wonderful and adequate people, they will always help, answer all questions, even for a small fee they offer a barbecue (chicken, pork, mushrooms, vegetables) or fried fish for dinner. We tried it, everything is delicious! You can also take advantage of excursions if you wish (the owners themselves carry them), but since we were in cars, we drove ourselves. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea slowly with children, there is a well-equipped beach with sun beds, bungalows, a volleyball court, toilet, shower and even a swimming pool (Napra hotel territory) 15-20 minutes to walk to this place. The number of vacationers on the beach is not large, you can always find a place. There are several decent cafes on the beach. During the entire rest period, none of our company (7 people) had a single gastrointestinal problem. I can recommend this guest house 100%, as well as rest in Abkhazia in general. Have a nice day!
P.S. The only significant disadvantage is that on the ground floor in the common corridor there is a door that disrupts your light sleep (if such it is) starting at 6 a.m., when the early birds run to the sea and slam it a little carelessly. The guys promised to deal with this issue;)
