The best guest house on the Black Sea coast. Hospitable and intelligent hosts. Here is a place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Clean and well-renovated rooms with sea views, two summer kitchens with a set of necessary utensils and appliances. A barbecue area with a large elegant table and an umbrella. The sea is just behind the fence, the beach is deserted. A sports ground and a shop are within walking distance. A hot spring with silicon water and therapeutic mud is 1.5 km from the guest house if you walk along the coast. To Sukhumi market (vegetables, fruits, fresh meat) there is a minibus, but if you are in your own car, it is even easier. There is a parking lot with a canopy in the courtyard. It's not my first summer here. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle, get healthy in the healing water of a hot spring and listen to the surf of the sea around the clock, then you are here.

A wonderful hotel , the sea is nearby in 1 minute and we are on the beach. Everything is clean , well maintained , beautiful .You can park your car in the courtyard , inexpensive rooms , there is always access to a washing machine , toilets , the shower is very clean , air conditioning , refrigerators in the rooms , there is always Internet with good speed. A sweet and unobtrusive hostess .We came for a week and we really didn't want to leave. Everything is very friendly and homely. comfortable beds , good location , large kitchen , everything is clean and quiet.
It's wonderful here.
We will definitely come again .

We rested in Lower Esher at Marina and Igor's for the third time. On the day of arrival, Marina met us in Sukhum, fed us a very tasty lunch!
Excellent hospitality! Igor treated them to extremely delicious pilaf, fish, Marina pastries, and sweets.
Luxury vacation: peace, tranquility, tranquility! A fabulous, heavenly place, wonderful landscapes. The sea is behind the gate, the beach is free, there are few people.
The house is very well maintained, the rooms are clean and tidy.
