the unbalanced hostess behaves aggressively, constantly yells, did not sign a contract, took the money and did not discuss the rules. After friends came to visit us (to bring groceries), she started hysterical, did not want to listen that they had stopped by for 15 minutes, demanded an additional payment (again, this was not discussed and no one could have thought that literally delivering groceries would cause such a reaction), she screamed, grabbed her hands, threatened the police and familiar local residents across the street Two houses ☺️
Friends also rented this house 5 years ago, initially they discussed one cost (the house was rented for several days for visiting relatives), after which she ran in and demanded another $ 50
The conclusion is this: if you have a lot of nerves in reserve and you can tolerate such an attitude, then the house is great! And if the hostess had been more adequate, then there would have been no price for him!

Everything was very pleasant, and in some places it was even fun. When Chinese was heard from the lower floor in the middle of the night))
The hostess is a polite, pleasant woman. The place is such that you notice yourself for the future - you will have to come again. But this place is for two, it's not very convenient with children.
P.S. There is Billiards, but the hostess has balls, 20p rent. You can't play or make noise after 22.00.

Everything is wonderful! A friendly hostess. Excellent value for money. Clean and cozy. We will be happy to stay in this place again.
