The yard is surrounded by greenery, very cozy. I liked the location. Everything you need: a market, a pharmacy, a hydrogen sulfide clinic with healing baths, a canteen, a cafe, all within walking distance. The rooms are clean, we had no problems with water and electricity. The owners are the nicest people. For this price, I think the conditions are more than excellent. If to Gagra, then only here!!!

100% class! Clean, cozy, like at home, only by the sea. Hospitable host, cleanliness, comfort, the plot of the house is surrounded by greenery, everything you need is within walking distance. Plus (host's) drinks are of the highest quality (not advertising, from the heart)! I am sure I recommend it and I am sure that we will return again (and more than once). Have a good rest, good weather and a gentle sea.

We are glad that we chose a vacation in Gagra and that we decided to stay in the guest house at Arut! The location is wonderful! Nearby there is everything you need: a market, pharmacies, shopping center "Gagra", many cafes and canteens. The guest house has a parking space. The garden is full of fruit and flower plants, like in a greenhouse! We were met by a wonderful host, who helped us with the transfer in advance, because we arrived in Sochi at night. We took a room for two adults and two children, it turned out to be spacious and clean, it has excellent beds, and its own shower room with toilet, air conditioning. The linen is clean, not torn, ironed. A large clean kitchen-dining room, there was enough space for everyone. Comfortable tables, enough dishes, refrigerators. Friendly neighbors. There is a washing machine, a place to dry clothes, an iron. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. We rested our souls and will definitely return and only there! Thanks to the owner of this wonderful house for everything! And special thanks for the delicious homemade wine, we didn't want to try and buy anywhere else!
