We were in Minsk for 4 days, stayed here. It's like a hostel or a guest house))) There are different people living in each room. The bathroom and toilet are shared by all. Contactless check-in. Windows to the courtyard, silence. There is one kitchen for everyone, and there is also one refrigerator for everyone. There are shops nearby. For me, the price and quality match. As for audibility, well, okay, it's there, but it's a shared apartment. I didn't notice the dirt, it was clean and bright.

Just a vibe of the most shameful communal apartment! The entrance is creepy! There is dirt in the common areas! There was no hot water, which is incredibly cool.
The check-in procedure is annoying, and they also told me about some kind of administrator who is supposed to meet you, but since you arrived late, his type is not there. Honestly, I had a lot of experience staying in hostels with different people, but here it's just not worth the money.

this is a collapse... first of all, deceiving people, this is a typical apartment in a very scary house. people live in the apartment on a regular basis, dirt everywhere, dirty dishes and hair in the bathroom, constant hubbub and noise, which is not controlled by anyone at night. they didn't ask for a passport, so it was really creepy in places in the apartment. and what a cool cherry on the cake: the lack of hot water in the last two days of the stay. It's better to spend the night in a hostel than in this nonsense.

Pros: convenient location - everything is within walking distance, contactless check-in, a new large refrigerator, a double bed with a normal mattress, normal towels, a large table and 4 chairs in the shared kitchen, a nice clean toilet
Cons: the audibility is trashy, the doors with large cracks at the bottom, the bed is stained and torn in places, the old cracked balcony door did not close at all, I had to prop it up with a hanger, it was cold at minus 2, the shower was leaking, it was impossible to wash long hair without help, the washing machine was rusty, the curtains just fell off even though they were blackout, single beds with springs, no corkscrew))), the white curtain in the kitchen downstairs is the blackest

I do not recommend this hotel! Initially, it seems from the photos that it is normal, but when we stopped by we saw the whole nightmare. Firstly, we barely got through to the administrator to check in. The room itself is dirty and dusty. The whole apartment is so outdated, everything is barely holding up. The toilet paper holder was constantly falling off. It was also very cold, despite the fact that it was hot outside.
Secondly, the most unpleasant thing is that during all three days that we lived there, there was no hot water in the apartment!!! The administrator ignored this problem.
There are few dishes in the kitchen, not even enough forks. There is absolutely no sound insulation, the audibility is very good. I can hear everything! It's like being lucky with the neighbors.
This accommodation is definitely not worth the money, and there is also a fine when canceling the reservation!

The guest house turned out to be an apartment with cardboard walls. Audibility. At 12 o'clock two guests came. And until two in the morning, there was noise behind the wall in the kitchen. And at 8 a.m., one of them went into the kitchen and started talking on the phone at the top of his voice. In general, frankly speaking, it was scary at night in the restaurant. We stopped by, they didn't even ask for our passport. I work for them too. The apartment is dirty. Bad smell. Someone bit his legs. A solid minus. I don't recommend it.

Minuses:
The room in the "Guest house" does not meet the criterion of "It is possible with children" due to unsanitary conditions :
dirty and very old bed linen with black foreign hair; spiders on the walls in the living room,
dishes greasy from dirt; hair and sand in drawers with cutlery;
insects in the toilet (woodlice that run away when the light is on and cockroaches); mold and fungus on the tiles in the bathroom, dead insects in the ceiling of the chandelier,
a persistent musty smell with sealed windows, etc
. Also, the room does not comply with fire safety standards at all.
The description says that there is a kitchen; yes, there is one, but there are no dishes for three rooms with guests. We found one, greasy from dirt, a bonfire and another more or less imaginable bonfire, in which we had to cook. Several plates were also stained with grease.
The description says "Triple room" in the "Guest House", but in fact, this is one room of 12 sq m in a three-room communal apartment in a panel "Khrushchev".
As a result, we contacted the landlord of the apartment and offered to pay for the two days spent, asking for a refund of the cost of living for the following days.
The owner (or administrator) not only refused to even partially refund the cost of living, he was rude and began to fight in hysterics.
There are serious suspicions that:
- the owner is engaged in illegal activities - the neighbors have no idea about the "guest house" in their entrance; there are no identification marks.
Also, a statement was sent to Belpotrebnadzor on the fact of this housing.

Check-in before 23:00. In advance, when we were driving from the airport, we were warned that we were going, that we would be there before 23:00. We arrived at 22:40, there was no one there. It is impossible to find the hostel, it is not indicated anywhere. They called at 22:40, a man picked up the phone, said that the administrator would come up now and told them to wait around 1 entrance. As a result, no one came up, we were left outside at night. Calls and messages were not answered for tomorrow.
