I duplicate my review, which I left on Google:
We rested at Zoya's guest house with our family at the end of September. On the second floor there are rooms with amenities, air conditioning. There is a Wi-Fi connection. A couple of minutes walk to the sea through a garden with tangerine trees and figs. A beautiful sandy and pebble beach with the purest sea (I would recommend taking special shoes to enter the sea). There is an open guest kitchen on the territory of the guest house. There is a car park on site. There is also an Apatkha - a wicker national hut, the owner can be asked to make an excursion. Opposite there are two shops where you can pay for purchases with mir cards. 200-400 rubles can be taken by taxi from the center of Sukhum, and you can go to the city by minibus. The friendly hosts treated us to drinks in the evening. Thanks to Zoya and Amiran for a wonderful vacation!

Very kind and friendly hosts. The private rooms have everything you need, the sea is within walking distance (up to 100 m), the beach is almost empty (which is good news)
