We have known Masik since 2019. A reliable and honest man. The guest house is beautiful, there is everything you need to relax. Air conditioning, high-quality mattresses, perfect cleanliness. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. The location of the house is very good - about 5 cafes within walking distance, a clean, sparsely populated beach is 6 minutes on foot, shops, public transport stop - 10 minutes to Sukhum. An ideal place to stay with children.
Masik and Taisiya resolve any issues instantly. I recommend using Masik's services for organizing excursions - he knows all the best places in all of Abkhazia and drives a comfortable clean car, but most importantly it is safe. It also organizes a quick transfer to Psou at any time.
A separate delight is the living room in the guest house. It's like a museum with an authentic 4 m ceiling and parquet flooring.
The best choice for colorful, safe and comfortable accommodation.

Good day to all! It was the third time we visited Masik. The renovation of the rooms has been updated, now there are air conditioners in almost all rooms. Pleasant atmosphere, grilled mussels with homemade wine. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, the sea and the beach in this place are gorgeous - clean and not crowded, the bottom is a small pebble. There are 150 meters from the main road, so it is always quiet and only birds break the silence. There are no mosquitoes. In general, we are satisfied and we will definitely come to visit again.

We vacationed at Masik's in August 2022 with the whole family. Only good impressions remained . The house is big enough. The rooms are clean and cozy. The main thing is that the owners are decent and honest!!!. A huge parking lot for cars. Across the street, 150 meters away, is the cleanest beach in the area. The Owner himself is the organizer of VIP Tours. He drives his jeep to the most beautiful and hard - to -reach places . I recommend it to everyone !!! in 2022, they paid only 1,500 per room per day.
