This year we had a rest with the whole family in the summer and were very happy with everything. Clean, cozy, comfortable, closed territory with Parking, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Each room has air conditioning, shower, toilet, wardrobe,
bedside tables,TV,refrigerator, WI-FI.
The owners welcome their guests like family, and you will agree that it is very pleasant to realize that they are waiting for you here and are glad that we are coming back again.
The beds are very good, the mattresses are strong, the bed is snow-white. The water pressure, both hot and cold, is excellent at any time of the day!
This guest house has its own well with clean water to maintain such a water pressure and also its own gas generator, when the lights are turned off in the city (this unfortunately happens), its own light appears in this house and the water continues to flow under pressure from the tap.
It is 10 minutes to the sea, and 15 minutes to the amusement park if you do not stop at the souvenir tents. There are a lot of different attractions in the park for both children and adults, there is a dolphinarium and a water park, everything is very close, you do not need to go specifically. Hello everyone, my wife and I returned here for the second time, it's cozy , everything is high-quality, the hosts are just real friendly people, where we want to go back when we return home, we were here for three days, went to Adler, thought to stay there and go home, but it wasn't there, in Adler a lump got up in my throat, turned around and back to visit people, so go without hesitation, everything is within walking distance, and say hello to Ruslan and Manuella , relax, don't think about anything, they will help you with everything, show and tell, I met my birthday at this hotel.thank you to the hosts for the gift for the real Abkhazian hospitality, so keep it up, thank them very much from the bottom of my heart.

The living conditions are excellent, the sea is nearby, shops and canteens too. The hosts are friendly, the TV broke down - Ruslan already brought it the next day. The territory is cozy, there are gazebos and a fountain, a good-natured dog Tyson and kitties. The hosts organize excursions themselves. So everything is fine, I recommend it!
