A great place for a family vacation. Neat houses, cleanliness and order: linen change every five days, room cleaning, tual. paper, soap, all amenities. The houses are located in a tangerine garden, where relaxing on a swing, you can hide from the summer heat. The kitchen for those who cook on vacation is large and clean. There are all utensils: dishes for every taste, from glasses to glasses, pans, pots and more in sufficient quantity, refrigerator, kettle, stove. Even the rags and sponges are changed periodically, which is very pleasant. The rooms also have a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, tiled bathroom, clothes dryer. We had a vacation in June 2023. The hostess of the house, Emma, is a very hospitable and sincere woman. He treats each guest as his loved ones. Right outside the gate, in the next door there is a great cafe "At Eva's". The portions are huge, the dishes have a national flavor, everything is delicious and fast. Of all the places where we tried to have lunch at Eva's, it tastes the best. I recommend an Adjarian boat, turkey and delicious scrambled eggs in Abkhazian. The location of the guest house is excellent, 5 minutes to the beach at a quiet pace. There are shops with groceries, fruits, and alcohol along the way. The beach is clean, the beach workers clean it every day. 10-12 minutes to the right is a park with relict Pitsunda pines, useful for people with lung diseases. I really liked everything! I thank Emma and Mary for the meeting and all my preliminary questions about accommodation and recreation, for taking care of vacationers and caring for each guest. I hope to meet you again!

I recommend 300% out of 100 possible! Clean , cozy, very sincere! Rooms for different budgets. The beach is 5 minutes away.

The houses are cozy, a large full-length window +. There is a TV and a refrigerator in the room. Soap, toilet paper, liquid soap, towels are provided (which does not happen in all houses), linen is changed every 5 days.
I was upset by the fact that there was no washing machine, washing for 200 rubles.
In principle, everything is fine, but there is not enough bench at each house, it is very annoying to sit in the common kitchen, where there are a lot of people with their own problems. And since the territory is small, and the houses are thin, you can hear every word of those in the yard. There were questions about the mental development of some neighbors who shouted at each other from the kitchen to the courtyard at 6 a.m. or simply started conversations under the windows of other neighbors.
