Perfect location, good value for money, the rooms are clean enough, there is a kitchen where you can cook!
Of the cons, there are mosquitoes in the rooms and the fumigator does not even help, they have never been cleaned in 5 days, noisy drunkard neighbors screamed, but this is not a minus of the hotel!
Another disadvantage is that the tile in the room is very cold, and the bath is damp, but there is an electric dehumidifier!
On the day of the eviction at 11-30, we stood over the soul that we need to vacate the room, although the check-out time is 12-00

I had a rest on 16.07-26.07. A very pleasant and cozy place. The hotel is on the second line, 5 minutes walk to the sea. There is a nice park nearby. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor there is a guest kitchen with everything you need. I would like to mention administrator Elena separately. Always in touch and always ready to help with taxi/sightseeing/vacation ideas. Abkhazia is definitely the place where every tourist can find entertainment to suit their taste.
Wishes: to improve the quality of general and wet frills, improve the quality of wi-fi in remote rooms, add face and foot towels to the service, install a smart TV set-top box for a TV* and install additional blinds on the door.
I was satisfied with my stay in the Fleece.

I really liked this small cozy hotel. They lived in August 2024. Comfortable rooms, TV and wi-fi. There are gazebos in the courtyard where you can sit, beautiful greenery. It is located in a beautiful place, very close to the sea. There is a delicious dining room nearby. Recommend 👍
