I came to Abkhazia for the first time to this hotel in 2020 and no longer consider any other vacation options: only Gagra and only the Ritsa hotel👍The owners of the hotel are wonderful people: friendly, helpful. The hotel itself is always perfectly clean, a special feature is snow-white linen, laid out between the old and new Gagra, everything is within walking distance. The food is delicious (breakfast included, lunch and dinner on request, for a fee). The road to the sea takes 3-5 minutes, the beach is pebbly, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas (for a fee). The surrounding area has everything you need for a comfortable stay: shops, cafes, a delicious barbecue in the Volcano kebab shop, a bus stop for trips to Pitsunda and a Fish factory (almost a sandy beach). To all those who have made a choice in favor of this hotel, have a great stay. My relatives and friends were vacationing here. Everyone was satisfied. I'm resting 4 times now)

A cozy hotel with a pleasant, almost homely atmosphere. Very convenient location, the beach is less than 5 minutes away. And if you arrived by train, the station is also 5 minutes away. on foot. The staff are polite, pleasant people who readily respond to requests and wishes.
