I love this place! We have been vacationing there for many years. The hosts are very good-natured, unlike other guest houses. Everything is within walking distance (shops, cafes, sea) . The owner of the hotel can also take you for a walk around Abkhazia and conduct a very interesting tour. The hotel has cozy rooms with all amenities. In the courtyard you can cook food and have a heartfelt chat with your neighbors. I recommend it for a family vacation.
