It's a great guest house. The hostess is super friendly, always ready to help. The room is super. Everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable mattresses and a sofa. The bed linen and towels are also super. There is a shared kitchen with everything for cooking. The rooms are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets on the windows. There is Wi-fi, but the speed is weak. Walking distance to the sea is 10-15 minutes. There is a delicious bakery nearby. And the shops. At the hotel across the street, you can pay for delicious coffee with a card. Ginger the cat comes into the courtyard of the guest house. Please feed him, he is affectionate and friendly. There is a large barbecue in the courtyard.

I really liked the hotel. Good location — near Sukhumi market, the sea is a 10—15 minute walk away. A friendly and welcoming hostess. By the way, you can also check with her on excursions. The rooms are new and comfortable. Even those that are more economical. There is a kitchen downstairs, a barbecue and a gas stove outside. Oh, I almost forgot: the balcony offers a gorgeous view.
We were very satisfied.
