We stayed for 4 days in July 2022. A good place, not far from the sea, as well as to the market, shops. We walked to the New Athos attractions, which is about 4 km away, on our own. I would like to say about the vacationers. We were surprised by the absence of a microwave and an electric kettle in the kitchen. The hostess Oksana said that vacationers broke it. We had such comrades with us who sang songs in the yard, in the kitchen, apparently under local draught, until three in the morning, and then in the morning they performed the arias of rigoletto. The audibility is excellent, the walls are thin. So vacationers, respect those who come to rest after you. And before you buy swill from untested sellers that flows like a river, think about your health.

Good conditions, very attentive, hospitable, delicate hosts, Oksana and Dima. The room is clean, the hotel is quiet, on the 3rd floor there are amenities in the room, a good shower, toilet. There is a shop on the ground floor. We stop every year, We have never regretted it.

Friendly hosts, respond to all requests! Everything works in the room, only a wardrobe is missing, but we managed with hangers on hooks without any problems. There is a beautiful view on the 3rd floor. The house is on a hill, it was not easy to climb, it was only a plus for us, we pumped up our legs, we also need sports). The sea is close, the market and shops too. We recommend it!
