Thank you to this house for a wonderful vacation!
Karina, the cook, is just a magician!!!! Everything is sincere and delicious. The houses are comfortable, there is enough for a family. The sea is within walking distance.
It's just great!

After reading the wonderful reviews, we were looking forward to the August 2024 vacation.
I'll make a reservation right away that we are an ordinary family without any manners, we have not been abroad and we understood perfectly well that it was not worth waiting for service in Abkhazia and went there across the sea. This did not overshadow our vacation, but still we wanted it to be clean and safe, since after reading the reviews we imagined our vacation not much differently.
Of all the positive things, it was an early check-in to one of the cabins (we were two families), but we also left earlier than expected by almost a day.
Well, the sea, nature, but this is not the merit of this guest house.
We lived in cabins, according to the photo there was a double bed, a single bed and an extra. The place is a clamshell.
In fact, there was no cot, there was an air mattress that creaked and deflated all night...
there was mold in the shower and the door wouldn't close, which was mentioned, but not fixed. The water from the shower seeped through the wall into the room, and the water had to be constantly wiped off, as it reached the refrigerator so that no one would be electrocuted.
The refrigerator itself is not big, dirty, with ice in the freezer and very poorly cooled. Almost all the products that were brought were gone.
The cleanliness in the house was superficial (the plumbing and the floor were washed).There was a lot of dust under the bed, I found out when I was wiping the water flowing out of the shower. There were other people's things in the bedside tables, candy wrappers, etc.
With regard to cooking, we planned to cook ourselves and eat on the premises.
But the food prepared in the cafe was not trustworthy. After trying a few dishes, we decided not to eat there. If you don't eat at the on-site cafe, you immediately become an unwanted guest.
It's obvious right away, the attitude towards you is changing, but we weren't particularly upset either.
The kitchen is a separate song!
If you live in a cottage, you need to climb the stairs, if once it's okay, but when you cook and forget something, it's just a torment to climb several times. There were no options to leave your belongings there, they immediately became common.
The kitchen has one stove, a kettle, a pot, a frying pan and some plates, forks, etc.
And all this is for the entire guest house, designed so that they can eat in a cafe. Naturally, there was a queue for all these kitchen utensils!
We were in the car, we took all the dishes with us and even a portable oven. I don't like to use shared dishes, but the stove turned out to be just the way, I didn't have to wait for the stove to be free. 🤪
The kitchen is under the roof and there is no air conditioner, the heat is terrible.
There are four tables on the terrace, all under the scorching sun.
As for the passage to the sea, it is not nearby. We need to cross the railway tracks and walk along the sea, going down the steps to the sea.
It was not very comfortable to walk with boots.
And the cabins are located opposite the dining room, in the evenings vacationers gather there and spend time very loudly until night. It didn't bother us, but if you have small children, keep in mind. People came and swore, I personally saw it.
I don't know what's in the rooms, maybe it's better there. But there is no desire to return.

We booked a vacation in Phoenix based on excellent reviews. I don't know who writes them! I've never seen a worse place. We lived here (it's hard to call it a vacation) at the end of September. It's terribly damp in the house, woodlice are crawling everywhere: on the floor, walls, in the shower, crawling into clothes! We had heartburn from eating at the local canteen (we went once, there was no more desire). The communal kitchen is unsanitary! Of the four burners, only one was working, and then barely. I definitely do not recommend it!
