Great hotel! I recommend it to everyone. We had a family vacation. I was very pleased with the price. But the hotel is young, not everything is there for vacationers, but near the best beaches of Abkhazia, sand, public transport, the best canteen by the road and a pizzeria) I recommend it! Diana, if you are reading, a big greeting from the vacationers from Murmansk!)

It's close to the beach, but it's high enough to climb, not everyone can stand it, it's very difficult to bring food. The price is adequate. For this price, a normal hotel, there is everything. Nature and silence were pleasing.
But... often, as in the whole of Sukhum, the water is turned off for several hours, or even days! However, there is a water reserve.
Normal shops are very far away.
There is a normal dining room and a pizzeria nearby.

We rested for 2 weeks in August of this year. Everything is wonderful! We thank the owners of the guest house. Very friendly and hospitable people and ready to help at the first opportunity. There is everything you need to stay. And in general, Abkhazia is now our love) thank you!
