Good afternoon to all, we just returned from the sea, we rested from July 9-20, 2024. I liked the guest house. The hostess Camila is very friendly, helpful and positive. It really feels like you're relaxing with old friends. The rooms are great, clean and cozy. Everything is there: a refrigerator, a hairdryer, a kettle, towels. The sea is nearby, canteens for every taste. Thank you so much for a great stay!

An amazing place to relax. I didn't really like the city itself. But the guest house is just 5+ very good hosts, delicious treats, the silence of nature.I advise everyone to stay here. And we will try to come back again. We rested from August 15 to August 26, 23

I had a rest in July 2023. Many thanks to the hostesses of the guest house for the sincere attitude towards the guests! Any question, any problem - everything is solved at once. It feels like you're vacationing with relatives. The hostess is very sincere, open, the epitome of true hospitality.
The guest house itself is located slightly away from the center. It takes 20 minutes on foot to the embankment, 25-30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by minibus to a good beach (mocha, medusa, etc.). MVO beach is a 5-7 minute walk away, but it is for an amateur.
Next to the guest house there are shops, a dining room, a small fruit market, a homemade food cafe where chic dolma, khinkali and khachapuri are prepared.
In general, the location is good for living in Sukhum, you can quickly get to or walk to everything, but it is very quiet, there is no noise of the embankment and the road. Roosters sing in the morning, cicadas in the evening. On the veranda you can sit on chairs, in an armchair or even swing on a swing. The hosts treat you with compotes, jam, and their own pastries. It feels like visiting your own aunt in the country. Thank you very much!

Greetings from St. Petersburg! We had a rest from August 12 to August 19 in Sukhum.
The guest house has everything you need and the MVO beach is a 10-15-minute walk away. There are also good markets and a new dining room with a good kitchen! I would like to write words of gratitude to the hostess of the house Tsiala! Thank you very much for her warm hospitality and kindness. She was worried about each of the tenants, even for those who, in my opinion, did not deserve it. I would like to wish the future guests of this house not to behave like pigs! Be more reasonable and kind to each other. All the best and Peace🌸

We had a rest at the guest house in June 2023. We really liked it, very hospitable housewives, treated us with feijoa compote (very tasty), they are attentive to tourists. Room cleaning and towel change every other day. It's nice to sit on the veranda in the evening, silence, birds are singing)) the sea and the beginning of the embankment are not far away. There is a new dining room nearby. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay)) we will definitely come back to you))

We had a rest in July 2023. I really liked the owners of the Chegem guest house, good-natured, always ready to help, and their feijoa compote is just a miracle. Thank you, girls. The room has everything for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, a refrigerator, a TV, a hairdryer, a bathroom in the room, regular room cleaning. There is a desire to come back here again.The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Nearby there are canteens where the food is very tasty. I recommend the guest house Chegem to everyone.

Special thanks to the housewives, girls, you are the best! Your compotes, jams, fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast - special thanks for that!!!
The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, shower and toilet. Regular cleaning!!!
There are dishes, a kettle, a refrigerator and even a washing machine in the Summer kitchen! And if the weather is bad, then they will give out raincoats!!!
In general, our week flew by quickly, but it was unforgettable!!!

It was late autumn, they were terribly frozen, the rooms were cold, the blankets and pillows stank of mold sharply, I had to sleep on my jackets. There was not enough hot water to wash, there was either no hot water at all, or it was running out quickly. There was no cleaning in the room for 12 days of stay. The kitchen on the street does not correspond to anything human at all, the dishes are old, broken, scary and bent aluminum lids from Soviet times and enameled with a lot of dangerous chips, the tile barely works, it was impossible even to warm up the food.

The vacation in Sukhum is over, but pleasant memories of it will burn the soul for a long time. We thank the housewives of the Chegem guest House for their hospitality, for their care, for putting so much effort into making the guests feel comfortable. The room is comfortable, everything is functioning, there is a refrigerator, a small three-channel TV, a hair dryer, air conditioning. There is a shared summer kitchen, where it is convenient to cook something, there is a refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, dishes, tables and chairs. In the evenings, it is cozy to sit on it, drink wine and listen to cicadas. There is a washing machine. For the first time we rested in a guest house, it turned out to be more convenient than relaxing in a hotel, we are not tied down in terms of food (there are no problems with this, cafes with affordable prices both in the area of residence, on the beaches, and in the city center along the embankment), and there are even more amenities. And the attitude, as to a dear guest, is special. It is better to choose a Mocha beach, it is cleaner than the city and the MVO beach, minibuses travel to it often, sun beds start from 100 rubles. We liked to go a little to the left, where the Mocha turns into the Sea Beach, there are fewer people there, but more expensive sun beds. The cafes are good, it is quite possible to have a snack there, especially that with large white umbrellas, there is an amazing pizza, on a thin dough, juicy and fragrant. On the beaches there is an opportunity to ride a jet ski (1000 rubles. 10 minutes), on a sap, on a banana and a cheesecake, and even to fly with a parachute. It's not far to the city center, we always walked, I think it took about 20 minutes. In general, we recommend the guest house "Chegem", its location is very convenient, and accommodation in it is comfortable.

A great guest house.Pleasant, friendly hosts.The rooms are clean and nice.There is a kitchen, washing machine,dining area.Quiet and peaceful area.Across the street there is a very cool dining room "at home", the prices are ridiculous, the food is sooo delicious.The sea is not far away, 10-15 minutes, you can get to the mocha beach by trolleybus or minibus, 10 minutes maximum.In general, I recommend it, the rest was a success.
