Great guest house!
1. The hotel is modern, stylish, perfect crisp sheets and comfortable mattresses and pillows, the room is spacious. There is everything you need. On the 1st floor there is an exit from the room to the courtyard. There is a drying rack for things
You can immediately see that everything was done with love
2. For this price, it is just an ideal vacation option.
After checking in, I monitored nearby hotels /guest houses: in the same price category, rooms with springy beds and a toilet on the floor)))
3. Breakfast is included in the price. But for an additional fee, you can order lunches, dinners and, of course, wine) where without it in Abkhazia. The food is very tasty and homemade. If desired, you can cook something on the grill
4. Most of the vacationers: parents with children. In the evenings, a madhouse of children)) Your own and others'))) everyone finds a common language very quickly, so the games are very loud and active)))
Once a week (if my memory serves me right) children are treated to ice cream
So if the goal is a quiet and relaxing holiday, most likely not here)) but this is just my opinion).
There is a small corner in the yard for children, some books/coloring books/pencils/board games
5. To the sea 5 minutes on a flat road. Someone wrote that the road to the sea is through toilets and stink.... Nothing like that))) you just need to walk the right way)
6. The beach is gorgeous, small pebbles. There is a wide coastal strip, there are no people. Entertainment such as scooters / tablets / bananas is cheaper than in the Krasnodar Territory.
In the morning, almost every day, dolphins frolic at arm's length, entertain tourists))
7. Near the hotel there is a shop with Turkish goods and ordinary shops.
There is everything you need. There are few terminals with card payments, but there are phone numbers for transfer at the cash desks and a Wi-Fi password right there to make the payment without any problems))))

We returned from vacation, rested in Andreanna for 10 days (August), honestly I didn't even want to leave! The guest house is simply beyond words, it is so cozy, mentally quiet, calm and comfortable there! The rooms are clean, everything is done with taste and you can see that it is good, high-quality plumbing, comfortable beds and pillows, bed linen and towels (TOGAS brand) are snow-white. The hotel staff are kind and friendly people. The price includes breakfast, they cook very tasty, homemade. The prices for lunches and dinners are quite affordable. I want to express my gratitude for a wonderful holiday to everyone who keeps clean, cooks delicious, greets and accompanies guests: Liya, Hasmik, Tamara, Arutu. Low bow to the owners of the house: Irina Ivanovna and Andrey Vladimirovich, they are with all vacationers as with relatives, and of course Anya, she is just a smart girl, she organizes everything, helps in solving any issue, from the very beginning of booking, during rest and before departure she is always in touch. We decided for ourselves, if we go to Abkhazia, then we will stay only in Andreanna, 10 minutes by car from the border with Russia, clean warm sea in two minutes, the beach is well-groomed, equipped, sparsely populated. There are 3 cafes on the beach, you can rent sun beds, tents, umbrellas. Water activities (banana, cheesecake, jet skis, parachute, sapboards) and boat trips. During our vacation, a flock of dolphins swam to the shore once, it's a delight! Tsandripsh is a small cozy clean village with all the resort infrastructure: good roads, shops, tents with souvenirs, a market, canteens, cafes and restaurants with live music, various bureaus with a huge selection of excursions. I recommend Abkhazia to visit, and for a comfortable stay, choose Andreanna - this is the best hotel!!!

A very cozy and atmospheric guest house. Thank you for your hospitality! The food is very tasty. Clean rooms, cleaning every 3 days. The hosts are very nice. The sea is clean and very warm. We will definitely come again!
