The location is great, a few minutes and you're at the sea. The rooms are clean, well renovated and have everything you need (air conditioning, towels, hygiene products, refrigerator, TV).
There is a kitchen open around the clock.
There is a table on site where it is very pleasant to have breakfast.
I was upset by the smell of sewage in the toilet, and the lack of air conditioning in one room, but overall the impression is pleasant.

Like everywhere else in Abkhazia, I think it's very good. I really liked that the owner was so sincere that I didn't even want to go to bed in the evening, just to talk to him.
Parking in the courtyard is private. Barbecue facilities were provided free of charge.

I was vacationing with friends at the guest house, we were very pleased that we chose it. Clean, bright rooms, close to the sea and attractions, there are many shops and cafes nearby, cozy dining areas on the territory - we cooked together and came with food from establishments. There is a washing machine, a refrigerator, a lot of dryers to hang things. The room is cleaned every three days. In the evenings, the territory is calm and quiet, but if you walk around the area, you can find places with music and have fun. Thank you very much to the hospitable and helpful hosts for a pleasant stay)
