A nice, cozy guest house. Cleanliness and order. The linen is snow-white. There are two towels per guest. We rested in early May in room 2 . Everything works: air conditioning, underfloor heating, TV. Each room (there are five on the floor) has a shower and a toilet. Hot water without restrictions. Two kitchens (one on the veranda of the second floor) are equipped with everything you need. There are a lot of dishes and other kitchen utensils. There is a large courtyard where we parked the car. The hostess Daria and her husband are very friendly, friendly people. The location of the house is very convenient. Near the market, the center of Pitsunda. Walk to the sea (to Argo beach, or to the "Bathers") on foot 10-20 minutes by walking. I really liked it, I recommend it.

I stayed at the guest house 12 for 12 days in June 2024, I am very happy with my stay! The rooms in the blast furnace fully correspond to the photo and description. Everything is new and neat, clean, nice to be in. A very comfortable bed, an excellent mattress, high-quality bed linen, like everything in the house. The sea, the sights and the entire infrastructure are within walking distance, everything is nearby. I really liked that there is everything necessary for living: two kitchens with all utensils and appliances, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes dryers. Very hospitable hosts of the house!

Sooo nice place, sooo clean, sooo friendly and responsive hosts! It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea in pleasant places. Comfortable mattresses, which is important if you are a little over 30😀

We were married in July 2022, in a room on the third floor, the room is equipped with a kitchenette, toilet, shower in the room, air conditioning, a large bed and a pull-out sofa. It was normal for 4 people. Refrigerator, washing machine, iron on the floor for three rooms. In 2023, they also wanted to return, but there were no places, the hostess offered an apartment, also a good one. Since we went to the beach by car, we walked in the evening. I liked everything.

We arrived in July 2017. I really liked the guest house. The hosts are hospitable and caring, they go to a meeting on all issues and try to make the rest unforgettable. The rooms are at the highest level - clean and cozy. Great terrace. There are two kitchens, a washing machine.

I would like to leave a review about our stay in Pitsunda😊 we rested in late August-early September 2023 in the guest house "Guests". It's been two months, but better late than never))
I want to thank Daria for our pleasant stay, for the beautiful interiors, for the fact that everything in the guest house is very clean and tidy. Everything in the house favors rest))
I also want to note the convenient location in the center next to the temple and 10 minutes from the sea, to which you go through the Cypress Alley. Thank you very much to Daria for her attitude, help with the organization of the transfer and for creating such a beautiful house😊

A good hostess, takes great care of the guests (her husband also tries to help everyone). Beautiful rooms, on the second floor there are already 2 kitchens for 4 rooms. On the third floor there is a kitchenette in the room + an additional refrigerator on the floor.
We came there for the second time, many people come here every year. As for me, a great guest house!
The only negative is mosquitoes, take a fixed price grid with you and you will be happy!
