A good hotel in the vicinity of the tourist center.
Liked it · Good location, you can reach the tourist part of the city in 15 minutes on foot. View of Mount Ararat from the room window. We stayed in the off-season, the hotel was half-occupied, so there was practically no time to visit the bathroom. By the way, this hotel has one bathroom for the entire floor. At the time of our arrival, there were problems with electricity and heating, but we were lucky and were given a heater. By the "insulated" appearance of the other tenants, one could guess that not everyone was lucky)) We stayed there for 6 days in room No. 6. At my request, we changed the bed and were given an extra blanket. The hotel maintains a quiet mode, so we got a good night's sleep. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, there is a large table for eating and two refrigerators. They ask us not to take out the dishes, but we always go with our own, which is very convenient!
I didn't like it · Upon checking in, it turned out that the room we had booked with amenities was occupied, we were offered free options, at that time the room on the top floor turned out to be the most acceptable for us, but without amenities (( We had to adapt. There is Wi-Fi in the hotel, but it did not reach our room, we used our own. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, so I had to find a parking space on my own.
I REALLY like it here. I walk everywhere, the center is close. Shops, fruits/vegetables, pharmacies - all within walking distance. Taxis are very cheap here - if necessary. The pool is a huge bonus, the main thing is why I chose Kajaznuni 39. The atmosphere is homely, the breakfasts from auntie Anya - a choice of pastries, milk, fruits, coffee - are absolutely to my taste.
It's a nightmare from start to finish.
I booked a large beautiful room with 3 beds.Look what I got))
You will be deceived upon check-in, they will give you a room with leaky mattresses and pillows from the garbage. The bed itself is generally an apotheosis: it felt like it had just been somehow put together by Hindu workers,(of which there are plenty in this hotel.
I understand that they have a dormitory under the roof here)
Supposedly, this is temporary for 1 night.
But I never saw my number. Never.
And the hostess, too.
The "continental breakfast" is generally a disgrace to Yerevan. In a city where great food is on every corner.
It was also a lot of fun when someone regularly got stuck in the shared bathroom and we all had to look for a hostess, a manager or a worker together, at the itchy end, who would unscrew the lock and release the prisoner🙈
All residents had the same complaints about the manager, who was unable to solve something.
With such an attitude towards people, it is better to remove this hotel from the Booking and not disgrace the country.
I added a photo of my gorgeous bed.
And, by the way, the owners will specifically remove your registration from the Booking so that you cannot leave a review on this Monster and Disgrace "Hotel".
A wonderful guest house and very good hosts, everyone is friendly and welcoming.
Ani, thank you for the most delicious breakfasts.
Sergo and Armen are the best managers, they will always come to the rescue and answer any questions.
There are no identification marks on the hotel, this is a problem for those who arrive at night. The receptionist didn't get in touch at night and we stayed outside. The photos of the room did not correspond to reality. There was no promised breakfast
In the evening, it often smelled like sewage, there are many rooms in the basement without air conditioning, breakfast is boiled eggs and flatbread, you need to wash the dishes yourself, if an item is stolen from you or an employee spoils something for you, they are not responsible for this, they do not refund the money if you decide to move out earlier. Bed linen and towels are often stained and torn, it is very difficult to persuade them to clean the room, while sometimes they are simply cleaned without replacing bed linen and towels. There is nothing from hygiene supplies (toilet paper, etc.). It is very noisy if the window is open.
Not expensive.
There are rooms with and without amenities.
2 shared showers
Not far from the center, 15 minutes on foot
There are shops nearby in 5 minutes
Nice neat hotel. There are various rooms to choose from. On the ground floor there is a spacious shared kitchen with everything you need. There is a swimming pool in the inner area.
Polite and attentive staff.
It's terrible, there's no service, it's disgusting, the bed is all in coils, terrible cleaning, they cheat with armor numbers from the bathroom, as a result, the toilet is terrible and very dirty for everyone
It's not cozy, there's not even soap. The kitchen is dirty. The water was hot. You can stay for 1 night. The room was from another entrance, not the central one
They gave me a different number, I don't recommend it, the wrong address is on Google Maps, so all the bad reviews go wrong. Breakfast is not edible. I don't recommend it.
Fire administrator! But there are questions about the hotel, there is a lack of some modernity, some thoughtfulness. But I can only praise the admin, this guy is clearly wasting his life in the wrong place. 5k to him personally
I have booked a suite with a balcony. When I arrived, they had probably already handed it over. They took me to a hut at a different address and pretended that everything was like that. I had to cancel the reservation.

A good price for a hotel with a swimming pool.
But if the maid (from India)) I did not forget about the need to provide the toilet with soap, etc. accessories, I would put a solid five.
