Good health to all. We rented a Deluxe room, 2nd floor. In principle, everything was more than fine, except for the mattress, he always crawled out of bed)... A very cozy courtyard . The entrance is from the balcony. The military academy was a military school and in the mornings there were sounds of construction. It brought back pleasant memories))). The kitchen is small, but there is everything you need. The hostess is very friendly and will always tell you where to go and get there. We bought homemade dry red and white wine. By the way, there is a tasting room of a small winery nearby. The wine is very tasty, although personally I have considered wine to be a barmaid all my life, and what kind of countries I have not tasted, but here I liked it. MVO Beach is 600 meters away. Along the way there are shops, a canteen, a Teremok cafe and a bamboo grove. In principle, everything is pretty good. Sometimes the Internet went out at night, I didn't notice any problems with electricity.
The hosts organized a transfer, it is also very convenient.
We were satisfied. Thanks to the hostess and Abkhazia / The Country of the Soul and its kind and helpful residents.

Our stay at this guest house was wonderful! We enjoyed the beautiful place. The hostess was very friendly. The rooms were cozy, which created a truly comfortable environment. We definitely recommend this guest house to anyone who plans to visit Abkhazia.

We rested here twice. Everything is wonderful! A hospitable hostess. An intelligent family. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a shared summer kitchen with everything you need. The sea is 10 minutes away. The center can be reached by public transport. Thank you and recommend!

A very cozy place to relax! Beautiful courtyard and great rooms! We were very satisfied with our friends, since it's not far to the sea, probably 10 minutes to walk. And the hostess helped with the excursions, there was no time to be bored. One minus-the vacation flew by very quickly)

I just recently returned from Abkhazia. I was filming in a guest house (I found an ad on Twitter) in Sukhum. A beautiful courtyard, a friendly hostess, a cozy room, cleanliness, among the disadvantages is the lack of a mirror in the room (available in the shower). Excellent food on the ground floor of the sanatorium building, located nearby.
