We stayed from August 14, 8 nights. 2 adults and 2 children.
The hosts are very nice and hospitable people. We checked in immediately upon arrival. They even let me choose a room. The room cost 2500 rubles per day. You can write a review for a long time, but you want to keep it short.
If you are not moody vacationers, then in general it is good, but if you are picky and focus on the little things, then you are not here. And in general, in Abkhazia, you will not have a sweet time. Abkhazia today is more about nature, not about the tourist service. [of course, a lot also depends on your budget]
