We visited in 2011 at the end of September. Judging by the current reviews, the main advantage of this place, its own beach, has disappeared. Previously, it was fenced, along with the entire territory. The food was delicious and plentiful, and they bought more fruits and vegetables at the market at ridiculous prices for Moscow. Figs at 40 rubles/kg are the most gorgeous, everything else is much cheaper. The staff of the boarding house immediately warned us, as soon as it got dark, not a step out of the territory... All around is the luxury of nature and the ruin of everything that is not behind its own fence. Very skinny dogs, cows chewing cardboard in garbage cans, are also tough...I still have mixed feelings. Yes, there are no homemade wines there, the stuff that they sell as their own wine, powder with alcohol. They don't drink it themselves, they give it to Russian suckers.
We needed privacy, a clear sea and a fenced area, including a beach, clean, unlike the beaches of the city covered with sunflower husks and steers. Now that we don't have our own beach, we definitely won't go. Yes, the sea is very deep there, after 4 meters it's already over your head. It is necessary to take into account who is with young children.
A very pleasant place. Closed area, security. The rooms could certainly be renovated a bit. The food is tolerable, but monotonous. But the beach.... THERE IS NO BEACH OF ITS OWN!!! There are no sun beds. You go out of the gate to the beach, and there everything is occupied by wild vacationers. As a result, those who leave the boarding house have to step aside. There used to be a private beach and it was very convenient. I would like the management to solve this problem somehow, a boarding house without its own beach is not convenient.
Cool clean sea, a good beach that is within walking distance, the food is very tasty, beautiful nature, friendly staff, large rooms, although repairs should be done there)
