There is a common area in the park, but on Castle Hill, where there is a large flow of people, tourists, visitors, there is no elementary toilet.A plastic bio-toilet was installed, but no one cleans it for weeks, it is not possible to enter, but it is the only one.No one wants to solve this problem... I am ashamed in front of foreigners, visitors of the city, tourists...
