This building is being destroyed both literally and figuratively. We need to open new clubs. Heating has been done for a year and they won't do it in any way. There are old women in the leadership, and as we know, they don't want to change. And the fish rots from the head. We need to give a fresh breath of air, and our youth have nowhere to go except to dance and paint. The library will wither away soon. Who reads hardcover books right now? If they do, it's unlikely that they take these books from our library, they haven't imported new items there for a hundred years. We need to change the government
