There is always a long queue in all offices, and it is masterfully artificially created. Even by appointment, even without an appointment. For narrow specialists, the record is two weeks in advance. By the time you get there, you'll forget where it hurts. Getting free medicines is one torment, there are never any necessary medicines. The end of the year and the beginning of the year are generally a disaster. I don't understand how the medicine ends there, if everyone who is registered orders all the medicines for the year. The pharmacist is always rude. I went to the chief physician and deputy several times on this issue, and the result was zero.
