The monument to the policeman is located directly near the Museum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. A feature of the monument is the presence of the guardian of the order of the beginning of the 20th century of different types of shoulder straps. However, this is not an error of the author, but a feature of that period. The fact is that in those days, mostly former military personnel were taken into service and in order to preserve his military distinctions, it was allowed to wear different types of shoulder straps, one of which denoted his military rank, and the second - special (police).
