The cafe was located near the rented apartment, so we went in a couple of times. Very cozy, clean. We chose a table on the veranda, it's cool.
A selection of dishes for every taste. I liked the creamed potatoes, the fish was not over-dried - I didn't have enough seasoning in the Shang Hai salad in moderation. I would like to add some kind of filling or spice to my taste. Pineapple juice is naturally thick. Ice was brought by request.
Polite and attentive service. Thanks to the girls.

We were passing through the city of Kostanay, and the hotel administrator recommended this cafe.
Great place, delicious, not expensive, cozy.
I advise you to visit the cafe in the Tselinnaya hotel area.

When I informed the administrator, she listened for a while and quickly retreated, it was unlikely that the information would reach the management from her. You have provided symbols for your favorite dishes and novelties in the menu - then put the sharpness of the dishes. This meal must have at least 5 values... Well, or rename it from Georgian kharcho to kharcho from hell. Well, I'll try to survive after using it.

Long service time. Already hot, soups, and salads have been given away, and French fries are still being carried) Potatoes are p / f, you don't need to put a lot of mind in a deep fryer and give it away... Soups come after hot; the return of dishes is strange - one person eats, the rest sit and watch.
The cleanliness of the table was not monitored. Natalie, is this your first shift? The guests are sitting in the middle of a mess, they still can't wait for food, and you don't even come up. The dirty dishes were ignored; it was only when they themselves were collected from the table and given to Natalie directly into her hands that the dishes finally disappeared.
Well, the waiters can't cope. Either it's time to add a couple more people to the staff, or take callers on such days.
The kitchen also leaves much to be desired. Pasta with pesto - what was that all about? Unleavened noodles, there is no other way to call it. Chicken in Chinese is not the same. Have the chefs forgotten about the existence of red pepper? There is absolutely no sharpness. I understand if a girl or a child ordered it, but damn, the dish was for a man.
Margarita was also not wow. I can't explain exactly what's wrong, but I suspect it's the cheese. There is not enough saturation in the taste, try to change the supplier and do not skimp on more expensive cheese. Spring rolls are torn, everything falls out of them. It was as if they were trying to wrap them in initially broken rice paper, and soaked in water at the wrong temperature, because the rice paper was cloudy, painfully matte. At least the filling of the spring rolls was delicious.
The toilets are dirty, it's a nightmare. It hurts to look at the toilet, the floors are all flooded with water. Toilet paper is thin and cheap.
It's also time to change the washer. It is enough to touch and look at the back of the plate, and you will be convinced of this. Dishes need to be washed on both sides, if anything…
No compliments are provided for birthday parties. Question to the management: maybe it's time to introduce at least a gift dessert for those who have a birthday? What are you doing behind the whole planet? In almost every catering establishment, they congratulate you on your birthday, bring a dessert with a candle or a fountain, congratulate you on behalf of the institution, some establishments provide a discount.
Disappointed. Change.
