According to the results of the recalculation, they put up a + to the amount paid, although a year earlier there was a significant minus. Back in August, I made an application for the repair of the meter. They said when the heating was turned on, a specialist would come to check the readings and look at the bills. No one came. I'm calling the control room. And in response to me, they have a lot of calls now, wait three weeks. A month has already passed since the beginning of the heating season and the filing of the application, but the "comfort" has not appeared.
