Back in August, I made an application for the repair of the meter. They said when the heating was turned on, a specialist would come to check the readings and look at the bills. No one came. I'm calling the control room. And in response to me, they have a lot of calls now, wait three weeks. A month has already passed since the beginning of the heating season and the filing of the application, but the "comfort" has not appeared.

It's a disgusting organization, they haven't helped solve a single issue yet, and they keep telling us to contact private companies. But they couldn't handle the trivial task of blowing out the heated towel rail. I will never contact you again!
