On Sunday, 02/16/25, my mother and I came to get a haircut. The hairdresser was Nadezhda, the request was a harsh asymmetry, the hairdresser said that this would not suit my mother and eventually she got a bob haircut. My mother explained several times exactly what she needed, where to put her hair, where to leave it, Master Nadezhda did at her discretion. When she was shown what was best to fix, she cut even more and made it worse. My mother's hair is curly, the request was that one side should not be touched, but simply left, Nadezhda cut off this part to her ears, strands curled towards her face. We were very unhappy with the result

I go to the master with a smile, I just say carefully trim the bangs, remove the back and sides. And she escorted us out with a stony face. Bring her a photo as we need it))). Such an unpleasant aftertaste remained. If you don't like the job, why take it out on your clients.

I don't really like to write negative reviews, but today I just can't deny myself this pleasure. I will first describe the most basic thing for which we go to the hairdresser, at least to get at least a more or less normal haircut, so that it would not be a shame to go out into people. This is my 3rd and last trip to this barbershop and every time different masters have, the quality is increasing, "everything is bad, terrible and not much worse." Stepwise transitions, even speech cannot go from smoothness, and in short, everything is crooked and scythe everywhere. Even my friends guessed where I got my hair cut , along the way, everyone in the area had such an amazing experience. According to the wife who cut her hair and made up here once, " a woman with blonde hair, either a director or an administrator, trying to show herself smiling, friendly and at the same time shitting all competitors of hairdressers around the perimeter. In words : everything is terrible there, everything is very bad there, don't go there, go here. Dear fan of your hairdresser, it would be better if you watched the cleanliness and order inside yourself. Handle the tools in a visible place. If you do it at all , and did not blow out and land the next client, as you did in my presence.

Hair in the shoulder area, an ordinary haircut - trimming the tips. It cost 17 rubles. But - then I saw on the wall - there is a price list - 16 rubles for cutting very long hair, i.e. medium length is even cheaper. Where is 17 from? They don't give you checks. The sediment remained.

I wanted to cut the child's hair in this barbershop specifically for Zhinovich, before that they cut it for Ignatovsky and everything was fine-the master got very pleasant, quickly found an approach to the child (the son is afraid of the machine and she cut it with scissors)..but this is a quiet horror for Zhinovich, I realized that I would not be able to cut the child's hair as soon as I went to the hairdresser..There was a very unpleasant woman sitting at the reception, with such an expression on her face, as if I had come to her house. They agreed to accept us, but as soon as the master turned on the machine, the child began to spin, I asked to cut with scissors, without a machine, to which I received the answer "I will not cut with scissors, I do not know how." Where do you recruit masters?? By the way, men's haircuts are better done on Ignatovsky, apparently due to fewer people..in general, no one else sets foot in this barbershop.

According to Ginovich, everything is fine in the barbershop.
But in the new branch, on Ignatovsky, unfortunately it is sad.
It was on eyebrow coloring. She told the master what color it was necessary to make the coloring, she did it completely differently (she asked for graphite, they painted it brown). The administrator did not warn that the cosmetologist would be correcting and the cost would be 23p, not 14. Although before I went to the correction, I clarified the cost by phone, they said that it would be the same as for Zhinovich. The form was not made the one that I asked for. I am extremely disappointed with both the "master" and the administrator!
