I began to explain that it was not convenient for me to go to Dzerzhinsky, I began to ask when the group would be on Partizansky, to which, instead of answering questions, I heard: "Girl, I understand you, you don't want to go to Dzerzhinsky, as you want, goodbye," and they hung up. No customer orientation. It's just disgusting. The intonation of the guy who communicated also leaves much to be desired. With such an attitude, they will never have adequate customers.

Terrible driving school. They don't give a damn, they can shout and argue. No respect whatsoever. Classes were held in the evening group and started at 18.00, but as a result they could cancel 25 minutes before the start. Teachers were very often canceled or late. They just read from a Book and hardly explained the theory. In online learning, there is a separate story in general: only the teacher's face is visible, you can hear either very poorly or in no way at all, you constantly say to establish a connection and, as a result, you just waste half of the lesson and have to teach everything yourself. My driving instructor quit, wished me good luck in graduating from this driving school, as a result, they could not give me an instructor for almost a month and a half. Like, they just don't exist. Time is money. Driving has not been rolled back even half, and the contract is ending and for this they wanted to charge me for an extension, although I do not take into account my guilt. It was good that I had a sick leave and I stood my ground and extended it for free. There are no internal exams, only on a piece of paper and this will be a big minus for you, believe me. So at least they knew their mistakes. When the clock rolled back, they persuaded me to take it at my place of residence, that it would be faster than waiting for the group. And the certificate will be made next week. as a result, they did it for almost 6 weeks. They ignored it and all answered with breakfast: next week. after the lawyer's call and his threats that they were not fulfilling contractual obligations, the docks were abruptly prepared that day. Given away like a dog : nnna. Everything is disgusting, fortunately only the instructors were lucky. But with such delays in learning and driving, the feeling of insecurity is getting more and more every day, you will have to pay extra and take driving separately. I was led by money and location, like cheaper with state driving schools and closer to home. As a result, I will give more money and much longer training: from October 28 to May 8, for almost 8 months, due to delays, classes are canceled, instructors cannot be picked up, or the certificate is somewhere in an unknown place.
